Very very bad customer service I will not give one star, I Purchased one phone cases from $14 and up to be $20... 10 days still not receive it, then never answer the phone, never answer email, never answer text message, I cancel the order.

The case I got was exceptional. The only issue was shipping time. Didnt meet expectations. Took a week to ship. Them it arrived in 3 to 6 business days as advertised. Dont order if u need it in a hurry.

I ordered a simple cellphone case that supposedly cost $6. It said free shipping and then all of a sudden my total was $15. How the hell did it go from free shipping to a shipping cost that cost more than the damn product?! Its been over a week and still havent got my case. I emailed them and got nothing back. Never again. I reported you guys to the better business Bureau just so you know.

Don't waste your money with this company. The majority of you won't get your products and you definitely won't get ANY communication response from them about your order! Look them up online and on all social media platform and you'll see nothing but TERRIBLE reviews from angry customers!

I purchased a phone cover for a Samsung A10E and was sent the wrong item. I have contacted them 5 times and get the same email response that someone will be contacting me and nothing. I don't believe the positive reviews. I think that they are fake postings. I've worked for companies that do this or pay a company to do it

I as well was deceived by the trick shipping costs. As you work through your order for shipping, it shows a dash that usually symbolizes no shipping costs or ask you for your ZIP code to calculate shipping costs. I went through the entire order form and then pushed the "place your order" button. It's at that time a new screen pops up that shows a new price that I did not agree to that includes $7 shipping costs. ($7 to put a case in a bubblewrap envelope?! I'm obviously paying their employee hourly wage as well!) Their website shows a ticking clock that says order within the next 10 minutes and the order will ship out today. But I can only contact them by email and I get an instant return email that says will contact you within 24 hours. Well it's obvious these two actions will cross themselves in the mail. Surely this item is not going to mail out in the next 10 minutes but if they won't contact me within 24 hours they'll send this item out and I'll be forced to pay for it since I did order it but not under those conditions. I'm disputing the charges with my bank. Unfortunately after I ordered I read their return policy and it's basically a lot of words to say we don't accept returns. They claim to be family run & orientated- what a deceptive family.

They are crooks!

I placed an order with this company for cases and screen protectors for two phones. I made sure I ordered the right products. They sent me the wrongs items. I contacted them and they were very rude and said I ordered the wrong items. I set up a return and shipped the order back to them. They NEVER processed my refund! Stay away unless you like to be Ripped Off!

Worst service ever!

I have waited TWO weeks for a simple phone case. After several days, they finally replied that they had been busy and it would go out soon! That is absolutely absurd in today's market to take two weeks to get a tiny phone case. A should have no better and stuck with Amazon!

I am not thrilled with your deceiving shipping charge, you showed the cost of PRIORITY@ $9.99 but a "-" for standard, so it appeared to be "free shipping", then when the order was complete, you tell me it will be $4.99 for shipping, Very Deceptive.

Service sucks

I bought 2 cases for about $6 an shipping was about $10. Product was shipped about 4 days later according to the email. I'm on week 2 now. Tracking says it should have been delivered 2 days ago. This is horrible service with what they charge for shipping and there is no easy way to contact customer service. STAY AWAY. I will not order again.

I wanted a new case for my Galaxy s10e. I bought a couple of accessories and my total was only $8.59 yet my shipping cost was $8.33. The shipping & handling was not displayed until I placed the order! I could have shopped locally for less (even after taxes)
