Wanted to return brand new i phone holder, just to large. Tried to fill out return form on line but would not work properly so i emailed company. They responded telling me to go to the web site fill out form. I wold them FOUR times i tried that and their rep Paulyne kept emailing me the same answer. They still have done nothing about this and Paulyne doesn't appear to care one way or another. Buy things on line all the time and never been treated with such a no care attitude i would not recomend this company ever

A rip-off, BEWARE

They sent me 3 of the exact same case and screen saver, but not in the same box, so I had to pay shipping and tax and they didn't even take the promo code off. And they added a vip. So I am sending it all back. Forget them! PLEASE DON'T do business with them. You will be sorryL

When placing my order they added an item to my shopping cart I did not want. They don't tell you shipping cost until after you provide your credit card information. I received my order 1 month after placing it, in spite of two contacts to them to enquire about its status and one to the credit card company I used to pay for the order. I receive daily e-mails of "deals". The received item was as advertised.

Horrible

I ordered from them, my package was "supposedly lost in transit". Its been almost 1 month since i ordered and still have Not received my order. Ive emailed them multiple times to get a full refund they will not respond back to me i am verry aggrivated and pi**ed off. I will never order from them again and will never reccomend them to anyone.

Company can not deliver an order in a timely manner. Customer support is a joke. They just say the package is on its way. Tracking information is unclear as to where the package is. So far, they have refused a refund. For a company that claims to be the largest distributor of parts, they are run very poorly.

They said my total was one price and to confirm payment of that price. I clicked to confirm payment. They said payment is confirmed. They had added shipping that was more than my phone case and I did not agree to these shipping charges. I felt cheated. I emailed company. They replied and canceled my order.

In April, PRIOR TO Mother's day, I ordered a phone cover for a Mother's Day present. I was notified a week later it was out of stock and I was given another choice. Another week goes by and another notification of out of stock. I was given a third choice I DID NOT WANT NOR ASK FOR. As of 4:51 pm 24 Jun 20 I have not received ANY product from the post office, ups or cellular outfitters. Even tried to call the company *******387 four times and was hung up on by a machine. Help!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

It took over two weeks to get my screen protectors and then they were for a totally different phone. I've sent over 15 messages to customer support and they never responded. They will take your money and just send you whatever they have on hand, whether it fits your phone or not. They are a scam and don't waste' your time or money.

This company does not have a phone number that answers. They have a static tracking page that does not update.
They do notvreply to requests for updates by email or any other method.
Avoid them like the plague!
THEY DO NOT HAVE A PER SHIPMENT CHARGE, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EACH ITEM SO SHIPPING CHARGES ARE HUGE!
DO NOT BUY FROM. NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS.

My was a 3-6 business day delivery. 13 business days later no del nor updates on order. I finally submitted a cancellation and requested refund. And literally next day recurved and email that my order was shipped, yet no shipping info avail.? Report as Scam

This company should refund all customers. They take your money and never ship out the product. No one answers emails or phone calls after trying. Don't do business with them. Avoid this website. They should be investigate for fraud. I ordered a phone case and never received it and it has been close to two months.

I ordered a glitter for my phone on May, 15 I paid the money with my bank card they said is going to be 3 to 6 days to deliver my order to me but still now I haven't get my order, I emailed them a couple time they emailed me back stating that some body is going to contact with me but never, I went to their website and entered my order number I surprised when I found my order not shipped yet, it seems to me they are scam or they don't care about customers or the have a bad management experience,, any way I will not deal with them again and I advice people to stay away from them.

Absolute worst.

Do not waste your time trying to order anything from these people. Ordered May 9th and still no shipment or tracking. Numerous emails go unanswered except for 1. Trying to blame Covid19 now, saying they are short handed and it will take another 2-3 business days after waiting 11 already. I call bull$#*!.
Filed a PayPal dispute and will update to a claim if I don't see my refund.
This is why I don't buy anything unless it's through eBay, Amazon or they accept PayPal.
Can't believe these $#*!s are still able to sell online.

I placed an order on 5/9/20 was told 3 to 6 days, 9 days later the order still has not shipped, I went on there site and put in a request to see where my order was, I received a computer generated message saying some one would contact me, That didn't happen Wish I could make this ZERO STARS
