I ordered the wrong items for my phone. The customer service person Tony, was amazing. He was help and very responsive. I will.do business again and so should you.

Their customer service is good and quick response, they deliver a free replacement to me with no cost, for the usb charger cable purchased for my Samsung Galaxy S8, which is not function.

I recently placed an order and when I found out the item was no longer available, CellularOutfitter made good on their promise for a replacement of my choice similar in value. Great, prompt customer service!

I ordered S8 plus case for almost two months now and I haven't recieved it and I got tired of the run around and simply ordered somewhere else and I have received it while the one I ordered on this site happened to have travelled on a journey of no return. My advice don't patronize this site if you don't want to be frustrated.

This company has great products, excellent pricing and outstanding customer service. I will highly recommend Cellular Outfitters to anyone looking for these type products. I will be using them again.

I would never ever think of shopping anywhere else for my phone needs. Cellular Outfitter is the best, they are very patient and the Customer service department is always understanding when I make mistakes and order the wrong items, they were replaced without any hassle...

I placed an order and one item did not work. I sent an email and received a reply and help immdiately! I was very impressed with the whole process and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I tried other screen protectors none would work with my phone holster the one I ordered from CellularOutfitter worked fine just had a problem with it reported it and now having a new one sent to me Great Service

One of my items didn't ship at first, but the customer support email was very responsive and corrected the mistake right away!

I receive quick and coursious replies when I noticed my order had not shipped or been filled. They worked with me to find a resolution that worked for both of us. Once that happened my order was shipped within a hour.

I do think they have excellent customer service due to how my issue was resolved. However, I would suggest that they change their website to show the shipping charges BEFORE the final button is clicked on. I also saw another review that mentioned the shipping charges do not appear until the order is actually placed.

The customer support team member that contacted me was very polite and provided very good follow up in regards to solving my shipping issue.

Tony was excellent in helping me resolve my issue. He was truly patient and showed much concern in assisting me. I feel good that I can come back and do business again with Cellular Offiter.

When i confirmed the order there was no shipping charge visible, shipping was zero the minute i hit confirm order it came back with $5.99 additional shipping. I called the phone number they had online but it is not a working number

I ordered a battery on May 24th and paid for it with paypal. I tried to track my order on May 30th and the tracking page asked for an order number. My invoice did not have an order number only a transaction number and an invoice number which didn't work. I also had items slipped into my cart without my knowledge and was charged for them without my knowledge. Customer support phone number does not work!

Id like to send a shout out to Red, who was very efficient and helpful with getting g back with me so quickly.
His supervisor should know not many companies have professional employees who go out of their way to help.
