I had opened an item I received about a month or more earlier. It was a crossbody purse with a strap that was compatible with my cell phone. Upon removing the strap from inside the crossbody to attach to it, I discovered the clip on part was broken. I was waiting to use the crossbody with a dress I was wearing to go out with on my birthday. I waited until the holiday but weekend was over before contacting Cellular Outfitter. I took pictures of the package with item description and bar code, crossbody and broken strap. Sent them an email with the photos and an explanation of the situation.
I got my situation resolved and they are sending me a replacement with no additional cost to me. I got this resolved with them in just a matter of a few hours and 4 emails back and forth. I'm truly impressed with how they handled this situation and can say it there was absolutely nothing frustrating about it. Looking forward to my replacement to be delivered.

Highly recommend these guys. I had an issue with shipping and I sent an email with questions and I got a response extremely quick and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. They have great customer service!

I am extremely satisfied with this company! I did have an issue recieving the incorrect size for my case (not sure if it was my fault or theirs. I may have selected wrong), but they immediately fixed the issue, no cost to me, and sent a new one out to me.
The item I recieved was beautiful and well made and I was very happy with it and the customer service!

Product is good especially for the price it arrived one day late but i didn't mind to much you just have to be sure you look at all your options for shipping the one i picked didn't have a price so i assumed it was free intell i hit submit then the $10 shipping charge showed up and my order was less then $5 so i paid way more for shipping then i did the product but what i ordered is what i received and they were very nice i would order from them agian

Cellular outfitter responded quickly to my emails and gave me probably the best customer service I've ever had to resolve an issue that was actually my own fault. I ordered the wrong case for my phone and not only did they replace and give me the correct case for my phone but didn't require that I returned the other item. I gave it to my sister and she loves it!

Once, because the item was out stock for a long time and once emI was returning a newly purchased phone that I had just ordered accessories for so i no longer needed t. In both instances I got a rapid response and a full hassle-free refund.

This is a little hard to believe but Tony in customer service replaced a cable that was obviously NOT their responsibility. My package came opened and a cable had been taken out. It was quite obvious that it had happened in the postal system. I sent them a note just to let them know and told them I knew it was not there responsibility and did not expect anything from them. I also let them know it would not impact my continued business with them.

After my order was ten days late with no tracking updates, I contacted Cellular Outfitter. Tony was very helpful, immediately offering to replace the order and he did it! My original order arrived the next day and I am very pleased with it. The items are quality products not the generics I had expected. The braided micro-USB charging cords are exactly what I needed to prevent my kittens from chewing through them and the leather wallet matches exactly a much pricier leather tote I purchased in a high-end department store. When I reported to Tony the arrival of the original order, he told me I could keep the replacement order. Now that's customer service! The only reason this isn't a 5-star rating is I think they need to find another way of tracking shipments. I was sent regular shipping updates only while the shipment was in California and I was notified the items would be received no later than May 2. The items arrived May 12. For 10 days there were no updates. I think either tracking the items all the way to its destination, or not giving me a specific date by which the items will be delivered--and then they're not--is the better way to go. Less aggravation when the order is late.

They add little items to your cart, then charge $1.99 shipping per item when you check out. The shipping charges do not show up in your cart. They refunded 1/2 the shipping charges, but seems shady to me. Paypal will not help.

I purchased cases for a phone only to find out that they had discontinued the phone. It didn't say that on the metro website. But CellularOutfitter allowed me to get a case for the Samsung that I got. Thanks CelluarOutfitter.

I had a problem with UBS cable that was provide with my battery pak! He provide another replacement cable, but a better one! And at no charge, including shipping! I would say if have a problem don't be afraid to ask! They are willing to work out the problem with you! Lastly my hats off to them for a job well done! 5 Stars! Aloha! And Mahalo from Hawaii!
