During the delivery of mi order they were few thing that I did not received but Tony toke care of me with a customer service that was beyond my expectations. He responded to all mi emails and maintain clear communication all the time. In addition he demonstrates that he cares. I will definitely continue to buy from CellularOutfitter and recommend it to my friends. Although, I think their shipping charges are in the high side.

I dare say most of these glowing reviews are fraudulent bogus reviews.
This outfit has a great hidden shipping fee scam. Search the net and you find thousands of the same complaint. BBB has them rated F. The way it works, you place your items in the cart, you get a total. You have an option to upgrade shipping with prices displayed. The First class mail has no price so you assume your 2 ounce screen protector is no additional shipping charge.
Once you click the pay button you get a confirmation email and find 7 to 14 dollars has been added for shipping. You can't get them by phone.
They have a link to edit or cancel the sale on that email giving you 30 minutes to change it. In my case I clicked the cancel button within 5 minutes of purchase and it said sorry, your 30 minute window has closed and sale final.
I hate to be scammed, I'll follow this up with the internet Fraud departments with FBI and other federal agencies. Either PayPal will force changes or terminate their account, Make book on that.
Just remember, whatever the total is you think you are paying, a 7 to 14 buck charge gets added AFTER you press pay.
Ordered wrong case for my phone and requested a refund so I could get the correct one. Instead of me sending back the case, I received a credit and got some thing different without a hassle!
Really its good service network, i wad submitted request and i got the product within 4 to 5 days from raised the request, i thanks to all the staff of Maxbhi technical and non technical staff all service delivery department for their service. And i wish to all staff for his good future.

Received my items fast the shipping is high but it's worth it in I had an item go out in they sent me one right out without any hesitation
I accidentally ordered the wrong phone wallet cover & screen protector & didn't realize it until I received them. Well they let me get the right ones free of charge & keep the wrong ones I'd ordered before.
They were very courteous & complying. Gave me no problems or hassles about it.
I will order from them again & encourage others to do the same.

Made a purchase for a total of $17 and some change, paid through PayPal, double check all information and click purchase. When I was brought back to the Cellular Outfitters main page my total was over $33! Over $14 in shipping charges had been added to my order after the fact! Without my okay! I chose free shipping and this company stole money from me! I filed a complaint with PayPal and waiting to hear back and I also contacted this company three to four times with no response!
I was amazed how my order was tracked and I was contacted every step of the way without me having to track it myself I give thumbs up for excellent service for ordering and delivery and this company being prompt
Large order for new Samsung S9+. Ordered on April 17 and paid $26. For first class shipping. It is now April 23 and tracking says the USPS has still not even recieved the package from them. They claim 3-5 days for you to receive your order. Can not contact by phone. Did chat with someone who told me it was shipped but would take up to 10 days after USPS received it. Checked tract today and USPS still doesnt have it. Chat said Cust Support would call me but no call. Sent email to cancel order and no response. $ 26. To expedite ship of a less 5 lb. package and as of now it could take up to 15 days at best to get it! Unsat!
The business practices of this company do not comply with US Law. Many complaints have been filed with Law Enforcement. Do business with them at your own risk!

I was able to find the item I needed but unfortunately it did not work. The company was very professional and assissted me to find the correct item
I have been doing business with them since 2014 and customer service has been going down hill. Their response to my PARTIAL ORDER is sending the TRACKING delivery link. I found out the CellularOutfitters have a platform with AMAZON where they cannot hide from responding to complaints. Amazon does an exceptional job with customer satisfaction. We have purchased using their directly platform at cellullaroutfitters.com thus, NO response. You can attempt to reach them *******203 or number on your bank credit card transaction. I will be following up with my bank to dispute the charge and provide my email documentation.
PS: I was charged $10.95 for 3rd - rate shipping from California to Wisconsin.
