Firstly, the website was headed Cellphonecases UK with prices in Sterling. However, deliveries are from USA (as are returns), which makes return prices prohibitive. I purchased my first ever Smartphone (Moto G 3rd generation) and they were selling what looked like the perfect case for me. They just called it a case for a Moto G, so (in my naivety) I assumed it would fit all Moto G phones and therefore fit my own. It doesn't. Their case is for a first generation. I think this should have been specified in the advert and I also think they should be very open about the fact they are based in the USA. Complete waste of money as it would cost me more to send the product back. Their response to my complaint is simply that their case is for the First generation phone.
I ordered my case on Jan 15,2016 and finally recieved it eleven days later. Rome was built in less time. The case does not fit snug, there are gaps and the case is warped, which makes the phone inoperable if fitted with this case. Will never order from this store again.
They removed $11.99 on 1-1-16 and on 1-6-16 returned $0.00 after I contacted them all I got was transaction was declined but my statement showed they removed the money but didn't put it back
I ordered 2 tempered glass screen protectors for the Samsung Galaxy Prime G530 phones I recently bought. After waiting 14 days (web site says 5-10) I received one for the G530, but the other was for a G360. There is no phone number to call. Several emails only get me the same response that I have to ship back the incorrect item at my expense before they will send me the right item. Just horrible customer service.
I purchased a protective clear cover for my MBP 13" retina screen computer. When I finally received the item, it was not what I had order. The cut-outs for the plugs/ports were not even close to that of a MBP and the size of the case was. 75" too wide and. 5" too tall. As CellPhoneCases.com does not have a phone number, I had to send an email via their website. They responded that I'd have to pay for the shipping back for exchange or credit. The item was only $13, the cost for shipping would be at least half that adding to the overall total costs for something THEY sent in error. I pointed this out and they have not responded back with any resolution or offer to pay for the shipping back. This business seems quite dubious AND unprofessional. I'll NEVER order from them again. At least I'm only out $13.
I'd give it a perfect score. However, when ordering both times, the site said if I placed my order that day, my item would ship out that same day. Yet, both times my order wasn't shipped until about 3 days later. Not cool.
Cellphonecases.com sent me a case for a Sony Xperia Z when I had ordered one for a Z1.
They have not responded to my e-mail requests for rectifying this matter.
So make sure you get a phone number if you put in an order
I'm responding to the review above. I have not yet purchased from this site but the reviewer is incorrect. At the top of the page at cellphonecases.com is a menu tab "Contact" and while there's a form initially if you scroll down it shows their physical address and email. Devonshire St Unit 233

We found this site when looking for a Droid case. It has no phone number, or brick/mortar address, or any other identifying features. The contact link goes to a form with a submit button, no email address shows. There is a link to a picture of a nondescript small commercial looking building without a sign, or visible address. We did not order because it seemed to us it had the symptoms of a rip-off site. We wrote this review because we couldn't find any other.
