There is no customer service, and their products are not worth the cheap price. The case did not fit, so it was returned. I am deployed overseas so just getting it to them was a job. Then, they continued to say that they never received the case, so would never give a refund. They are just cheap and so are their products.
Sill waiting on my order. Oh and they are not who they make themselves out to be. Based in California only with cheapest/slowest shipping they can find.
Doesn't tell shipping time, no customer service number, sent wrong color case. Wish I would have saw these other bad reviews before. Clicked on order history and nothing shows up, there website sucks $#*!!
This is a deceptive company - I wish I had not used them. They advertise at though they are in the UK and yet they are in the USA. No shipping time when ordering. 10 to 20 days to UK. Read other reviews. Not good.
I ordered three charge/sync cables for iPhone with 30 pin connector. Ad copy, and order confirmation said they were 3 ft (the universal abbreviation for three feet) cables. They are all about 18 inches long. They work, and the shipping was very quick. Price was low, but I really wanted the three foot length. I can buy 18 inch cables all over.
This has been the worst... placed order and 7days later still not here! I am now convinced that any company that uses DHL for shipping method is asking for the worst customer satisfaction because they hand it over to the usps and it takes for ever... even paying an additional fee for two day shipping... what a JOKE!
Okay, so why are this 'company' still allowed to trade? Why haven't they been removed from the Web as nobody has had a decent experience, mine like everyone's iso the same, not informed of the U. South locations, thus waited ages for my daughter's case to arrive which then didn't even fit my daughter's LG Joy, I had to cut the side holess my self & then it split, it was a total waste of time!
I ordered a tempered glass screen protector. When it arrived it was a plastic film that could be bent in half. Obviously not tempered glass. The packaging said it was tempered glass, the website said it was tempered glass. This was a complete and total lie and false advertising. Stay away from ordering here, they will rip you off.
Item did not work. I ordered a phone adapter for a tripod and the attachment peice does not work. Shipping was on time and website was easy to use.
Your company is conning people, you said you were in the uk, but your in the states. Thats fraud! I didn't want to buy this item from abroad. Why are you lying to people. I will make a complaint and tell everyone on a review that you are not a cochure company, if you do not reply to this email.
People be warned..., Google should be ashamed working with such no office, but a fake ups address as office, no phone but just an email address to contact and be contacted, where issues would not taken care of this "company". This "company" is a scham with all the bad thing doing then having a customer relation.
I ordered an inexpensive FitBit Flex strap. It took nearly a month to arrive! Finally got it today. The knock-off fake strap (which I didn't realize was going to be fake) is a harder plastic than the nicer FitBit brand plastic. This knock-off is much harder and rigid. Also rather oily/greasy, which is strange. I could have bought a real fitbit branded strap for only a couple dollars more locally, so I assumed this one would be real. This one will likely end up in the trash and I will go shell out a little bit more and buy a real strap. Too bad. Will never order from these guys again.

Phone cases. It took them almost 2 weeks and didn't even work.
Took forever to get here (I could have driven my golf cart from Tennessee to California in the time it took to ship) when the cases did arrive, one worked, and one wasnt ever close. Oh but dont try and get a refund or a new case, you are more likely to win the Powerball twice in a row. I have never delt with any company so unprofessional.
Don't answer questions and there so called " Help Desk " have no idea is to how to provide a refund. Am now going for a total refund including Fees as I am fed up asking them questions.
First of all misleading- they advertised as 'cellphone cases uk' -and advertised the product price in £. However, in reality this company is based in US and when the payment came out my account it was in dollars- which subjected me to a foreign currency transaction fee and a higher exchange rate. More importantly- the product has never arrived and it has been WEEKS. No hope of satisfactory response to my complaint. No refund. I would avoid using this company entirely.
Cases do not fit the specified piece of equipment, customer service is non existent, you fill in online form your response comes from a complete & utter idiotic muppet.
Where is my order? Been waiting 35 days! Deceiving "Cellphone Cases Canada" when is located in the U.S.
Firstly, the website was headed Cellphonecases UK with prices in Sterling. However, deliveries are from USA (as are returns), which makes return prices prohibitive. I purchased my first ever Smartphone (Moto G 3rd generation) and they were selling what looked like the perfect case for me. They just called it a case for a Moto G, so (in my naivety) I assumed it would fit all Moto G phones and therefore fit my own. It doesn't. Their case is for a first generation. I think this should have been specified in the advert and I also think they should be very open about the fact they are based in the USA. Complete waste of money as it would cost me more to send the product back. Their response to my complaint is simply that their case is for the First generation phone.
I ordered my case on Jan 15,2016 and finally recieved it eleven days later. Rome was built in less time. The case does not fit snug, there are gaps and the case is warped, which makes the phone inoperable if fitted with this case. Will never order from this store again.
