Avoid at all costs. Ordered a case for iPhone 6 Plus. It arrived all scratched and damaged. They want me to PAY to send it back! Bloody cheek! Customer service almost non existent. They still have my money and I have a case I can't use. Will order from a reputable company in future.
Total scam bought a cellphone charger for iPhone 7 after one day it stopped working there saying it's my fault and I should pay for return shipping which I am not doing total scam reporting this company
Ordered and paid for item over 3 weeks. It's never been delivered. Have chased them up by sending 4 emails so far and nothing. Just silence. Shocking cowboy outfit stay clear!
Sent numerous emails to customer services as my product had not arrived. Eventually arrived after 2 weeks but it's the wrong item. Website says suitable for iPhone 6 but totally not - unless it's for an iphone 6 in the land of Giants!
Have sent emails saying I wish to return but guess what - still no response. I am going through Paypal now as I read on previous reviewer had done. WHY-O-WHY?
Terrible service. This is a one man show business with UPS store address. I received the wrong item. According to them, they sent what I ordered. Their website is confusing. Assuming I made a mistake, I still expect assistance and replacement. No response after 2 emails and 2 calls. Phone is voicemail only.(I wonder why). They only responded after I involved PayPal and they did it with a sarcasm, pretty much calling me stupid. Then they expect you to pay 8 bucks return for a 10 bucks item. Not mentioning terrible reviews on the Internet which I definitely should have read first. Check out Complaintsboard.com, sitejabber.com, scamadviser.com, even Better Business Bureau and Yelp... this site is slammed with complaints... Pathetic.

I am writing that because that page is really scam and they steal your money - please do not deal with them they will take you money - and when you complain they will reply we will do refund and nothing happen.
They steal 25$ from me and they deliver nothing and make me have bad time for three month.

I ordered a holster for an iphone 5s. Never got it. Tracking shows the product is sitting in Compton, CA. Shipper never returned my telephone calls. Vendor does not show a telephone number. I give up. Never do business with these people.

They are the worst company. Took my money and never sent cases. They had my 35 dollars for 27 days. Just today there refunding the money after 9 messages. Could take 7 to 10 days before I see the money. Please order some where else!
Do not order from this company! They should be investigated. They are scammers! Stay away! Will be reporting them.
Ordered and they said it was delivered, it hadn't been. When I contacted them, they strung me along and then refused to refund my money or replace the order. When I went to the site, they had eliminated my info so I couldn't pull up the info on the order. Stay away from them!
Don't think they exist took payment but nothing arrived just think it's a scam don't be fooled by this site
I have been waiting a week have not gotten an email saying anything. Bank shows they took the money. Please let me know if anyone ever got something from them
If my phone cases are not here by Friday 7 April 2017 that's 1 Month from order date.
I will be reporting the site to the FBI and RCMP.
If that does not work I will be making an request to shut down the web site.
I strongly suggest others do the same, there is power in numbers.
Purchased the cables for iphone. None worked. Wall charger melted and almost went up in flames. WOW! They arent even in America, its a bogus address. Shipment came from China and took 3 weeks. If they were in Cali I would punch the little chinese kid and beat him senseless.
I was ripped, lied to, and ignored. Don't be fooled by these clowns. How do they stay in business? Buyer beware.
Stay away don't buy from cellphonecases.com! Never received my cases and no response from the dogs. Total ripoff waste of money.
Couple of issues. Accidentally ordered and iPhone6 plus case instead of iphone 6 so sent it back and still nothing from them.
Ordered another iphone6 case and just got a Samsung Galaxy case in the mail (not even close to the design I asked for). Package even has on the envelope that I ordered an iPhone6 case. Emailed them that they sent the wrong case and apparently I have to pay shipping which will basically cost me what I paid for the damn case in the first place.
Total ripoff.
Waited a month and still did not receive my order. Sent many emails to follow-up and received no reply. Do not recommend this seller.
It is impossible to contact this company by phone and emails are seldom answered. When I had trouble receiving my case there was no one to speak to about this. Avoid this company!
Ordered 2 wireless chargers. Nearly 4 weeks later package turns up with... 2 usb cables. Message support requesting 2 chargers be sent out, proforma reply says "your product was shipped on..." which I already knew as I had received it already (without chargers). Contact again with same request... Nothing. And a third time... Nothing. How can a company like this trade? What a disgrace. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!
