Everything was a great experience with Cask Cartel. They made it extremely clear to me that my order would need an adult signature to receive delivery of my order. Cask Cartel also made it clear that I would be contacted by FedEx concerning delivery. To make a long story short, My order was delivered in the rain. FedEx dropped the ball. I was never contacted, the package was left in my driveway. I thought that it was unlawful to just leave the package without a signature! I will think twice before ordering again, not because of Cask Cartel because of FedEx!

Bought as a gift so haven't tasted it, but the bottle is beautiful. Packaging was very sturdy. Delivered a day early, so lucky I was home to receive it.

The carrier left my bottle on the front porch did not get my signature. There are teenagers in my house and neighborhood. Very in professional and may I add illegal

Caskcartel promotes 4 to 10 days to fulfill your order. After 12 days I emailed them asking for details. Every email was a standard reply - we are reaching out to the local distributor. After 15 days of no product, I asked for my money back. I was told there would be a $35 restock fee. They failed in their part of the agreement and yet they punish their customer.
