I ordered an awesome desk 1-7-2018. The desk arrived 1-18-2018 without instructions, drawer pulls and guides/slides. I called the number on the instructions and was told they would order. I've had to many contacts to mention and only asked for the parts I paid for and still have not received as of today 2-14-2018. Now I want my money back and I was told i would get that also and surprise no money. M. Bisht and Raj from Casa Support Support team have been trained well to not help your customers as they say they will. Call it what you want but it is not truthful and just wrong. I am now out 300.00 because I had to purchase slides/guides and drawer pulls. Total Crap! If you want to call me my number is *******918.

I purchase almost everything on Casagear!

I ordered from casagear WM/Walmart while the product was in stock. Five days later I had no updates on my order and I contacted them. The reply I got was that they didn't have the product and needed 3-4 days for the product to arrive from their supplier. So, I waited again and three days later, they canceled my order! There are so many decent sellers out there, with the same products, why should anyone get into trouble to visit their store with such a customer service?

Just received my King size quilt, and I'm delighted. The color is rich and I can't believe the softness, better than I expected. So much so that my daughter has relieved me of it and I need to order another.

Bought a carved "wood" screen:
Item arrived not as described. Color is NOT caramel w/ white accents but is metallic gold; NOT highest quality wood but wood composite; NOT light and easy to move but weighs at least 50#. Was difficult for me to move, and I am a fitness instructor! The screen is falling apart. Your company seems to want ME to pay for return, which is such poor customer service since you are selling a product under grossly inaccurate advertising. The choice to buy this screen was solely based on the description. False advertising. It's also a shame that this was bought by elderly parents. What an unfortunate waste of their money!

I ordered a shelving unit from WOQ since their pricing couldn't be beat. However, then I read some of the reviews on here and got worried that perhaps I'd been dooped. After nearly a week without any update on my order (their website and my invoice said that their items "ship in two to four days" and that I'd receive a tracking number), I called and i could barely hear the woman I spoke with. She told me my item would ship by the following day at the latest. It didn't ship for two more days and took a whole other week to arrive. I guess they don't care about the shipping component and their website is deceiving. I'm pretty certain if I hadn't followed up on my order I might still be waiting for my item. Also, forget emailing them. They don't respond.

Wild Orchid Quilts (. Net), aka Casagear, aka Benzara Inc, aka WoodlandImport.com (and probably many other variations) is flying under the radar of California's Prop 65 rule of advertising products that contain cancer causing carcinogens by the under 10 employees rule. I purchased the dalmatian with flying spots painting thinking I was getting the noted Gandee Vasan picture but instead got a Chinese knock-off that contains a known cancer carcinogen which of course I was not told until it arrived (label on the back). No warning was given on their website regarding the cancer threat. Casagear aka Wild Orchid Quilts told me I could return it but I would have to pay for return shipping. Paid $117 for the painting; return shipping was going to be $109. Do the math.
