I placed an order for a glass stand-alone shelving unit on June 4th. I cannot get a straight answer about the status, estimated ship or delivery date. I've emailed customer service 3 and get the same answer - under process and we will tell you when it ships.
I just left a scathing voice mail and hoping this gets a response I can work with. I need to decide whther or not to proceed wth this order. So far, not a great experience and will not recommend.

I was slightly nervous about buying a piece of furniture online without seeing it first, but I needn't have worried. The bench is good quality, very solid with a beautiful finish to the wood. Easy to assemble, I managed it within ten minutes.
