Again writing to praise casagear and their amazing customer service, this time I ordered a small wall decor item but the attention towards me as a customer remained the same. I'm so delighted that i cannot think about any other way to shop for home decor.

Gave me the run around for a broken bed they delivered. Pictures were provided 20 emails back and forth, 2 months later they tell me to throw out the bed and sorry for the information our two customer service reps gave you, it was wrong. Really wish you would have called instead of emailed sooner... because it was my fault? Company won't even send the broken piece. We won't be doing business with casagear again.
