I ordered window curtains from them and the shade was not as shown on website. Returned them and 2 months later waiting for my refund. I received a really unprofessional looking email saying they have not yet received my package. I even sent them a receipt of delivery confirmation and stated they did not get that when requested. This does not seem like a legitimate company. Beware!
I do not recommend this company. I'm not sure it even is a legitimate company. I ordered a quilt and shams two weeks ago and have not received it. My credit card obviously was charged the day I ordered it. One week after my order I emailed to check the status and was told the item was being shipped that day. I received a tracking number that "information" had been submitted to FedEx. After one week FedEx still had not received the actual parcel. Once again I emailed customer service and have received inaccurate and inconsistent responses, but no tracking number with an actual package shipped and at this point very little hope that I will ever receive my items. I plan to cancel the order. Hopefully they will be responsive with the refund, but I'm not optimistic.
I have used wild orchids to buy all of my quilts that I give to my friends having babies. Everyone has loved them.
