We purchased a product from Wild Orchid Quilts and it arrived broken. We called and tried to work out a refund over the phone, but they only were willing to refund less than 50% of the cost we paid. When my wife was explaining our concerns, the manager taking our call (Victor) did not fully listen to our perspective and concerns. We've never had such a poor experience ordering a product online. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND, DON'T PURCHASE FROM WILD ORCHID QUILTS.

I was in search of some types of home décor products for my newly constructed home. I got to know about wildorchidquilts.net from a friend of mine and I visited the website. It looked better and more reliable. I just placed a small order just to check if the retailer provides the best. And amazingly, it was the best. I purchased all the products from that website for my home.

I can say now that the retailer made me select the best from a large selection of attractive home décor products.

I have a good experience with wildorchidquilts.net, as I got my orders within the stipulated timeline in good condition. I placed an order for window curtains and within minutes I got a confirmation e-mail from the retailer. It was amazing to have my purchased product with high quality and eye-catching finishes. It compliments my home with increased elegance.

Do not order anything from this site! I placed an order 10 days ago. Order status still has not been updated on their website. I've called 4 times in the past week. First, they needed to verify the shipping address. Next, they said it would ship soonest. Then, they said it would ship yesterday. Today, they first said the order was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Then, when I asked to speak with a manager, they said he was in a meeting, but they were able to discuss my order with him. The story changed; now my order was cancelled due to the item being discontinued. I still have not received any official update, nor has my credit card been refunded. I was told the supervisor would contact me; he has not. They have not responded to my email.

Don't deal with this company - says will ship in 2-4 days - took 8 days to leave their "Warehouse". Received the two lamps in another 7 days - one was broken. I emailed pictures and asked about returning the broken lamp or receiving a new one. After 5 days of email replies saying they were still "discussing it" I told them I didn't want a replacement and asked for a refund. I'm sure I won't get one. Very unprofessional emails - poor customer service - no skills whatsoever. Pay more money and go with a reputable company.

I ordered a couch from Wild Orchids two weeks ago and received a confirmation email stating they would contact me to setup a delivery time when the item left the warehouse. A week later I hadn't heard anything yet so I checked my order status on their website and it said my order was cancelled. I did not receive a phone call or email notifying me of this. I called their customer service to find out why, and after 15min the representative just told me it was cancelled because they were out of stock. Needless to say a week later they still have the same sofa listed on their website saying it' in stock... They are not professional, don't waste your time here.

I really liked the quality and finish, nice and sturdy Wine Bottle Rack, looks beautiful without putting wine bottles too, good addition to my home decor.

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* this "company which claims they will ship your item in 2-4 business days, and will NEVER do so. I spoke to "customer service" (some lady that rusely answers the phone with a simple hello" 7 business days after my orderwas placed, and she assured me that my item was in their warehouse and was to ship out the next day. A few days passed and I heard nothing, so I called back only to be told by some guy that my order was going to be shipped in a few WEEKS. I then cancelled my order, and did receive my refund in a couple days. This place is a total joke that never actually ships anything out. *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*

I placed an order for a quilt for my daughter for Christmas on 11/22/14, then I started buying things to redecorate her room based on it. On 11/29 I had not received any shipment notification nor had my order been updated on the site. I emailed them, after no response I called them on 12/3 they said it would ship in 2 weeks on 12/17. Then 4 hours later I received an answer to my email requesting an update on my order stating that " due to a warehouse error they were cancelling" my order and " would issue me a refund." I emailed back asking why 4hrs before I was told it would ship in 2weeks? Two days later I received an email that simple said " order cancelled refund issued " DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RINKY DINK COMPANY THAT HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have not received my refund yet and now I do not have a Quilt to go with the several hundreds of dollars worth of room decoration and accessories that I have already bought! I agree with the other poster I don't think they are a real company! STAY AWAY!
