Everyone was very professional and prompt service. There was a difference in labor costs that I had to cover the difference. Not totally in agreement with that, but overall, very good service.

Good this time / back in July your customer service team sucked over the alt for my vehicle it took over a month to get the alt I made several calls and my mechanic made calls and got nowhere

I was on the phone with a rep to get my car reinstated for what seemed like hours. Left the conversation with a positive outlook of mission accomplished. This was January 1st. To this date I'm still waiting what action was taken. Not a phone call, not a text or email. But, I can phone calls wanting me to sign up for HomeShield! Imagine that!

I have had bad luck every time I pay off a car then they break it seems like the dealers know this time I got carshield to cover my car to see if it was worth paying another monthly payment then my car broke down I'm so happy I save 1000s highly recommend getting insurance for older cars

Ended up that it was my battery but alternator was fine so didn't actually have to use my coverage other than that I would have put everything at highly satisfactory especially customer service
