They didn't explain to me that you wouldn't cover when sent car get diagnostic test so I end of having pay for it when didn't have money so I wouldn't took them n then to find out that what was wrong with my truck didn't cover was understandable but they led me to believe would take care of diagnostic test. I would like to cancel my coverage effective immediately

Not worth it

Third is not worth my time they didn' t go look at my Jeep just assumed it was like that for a while they paid $348.00 I am stuck $3000 bill I can't afford and have to sell it as is

Paying for repairs was very easy.

In doing our regular maintenance we had issue arise that needed repairs. They paid for what was covered, and then paid for a rental car for us to use. We didn't have any problems getting the rental and it was much appreciated.

Outstanding Service

Had a transmission issue as well as a major leak,they where very prompt about getting the repair scheduled for service and handled as well as a rental as it was a lengthy repair.have referred many friends as I have had a great experience this far! My car and my wife's vehicle have been covered for approximately five years and until now, we had never submitted a claim. Recently, our Mercedes dealership's mechanics discovered oil leaks at the front and rear seals in my wife's auto--a major, labor-intensive repair...When it really mattered, CarShield really came through for us and covered the repair! Perseverance

I've had several conversations with people at Car Shield in the past few days and I have been very stressed out! I re-read my book to make sure that heater repair was covered and it was just crazy to me that myself and my mechanic were getting a big run around. Finally the last phone call I made apparently made the difference and the repair is being done

Seven months after buying Carshield's extended warranty insurance my water pump started leaking. Even though the leakage was too slow to affect the driving, Carshield replaced the pump with my Audi dealer in an expensive undertaking.

Car over heating

My car was repaired without any hassle at all. All dealings were between repair shop and Car Sheild. My involvement was minimum. I had no problems at all. It did take a while for repairs to be done but that had nothing to do with Car Sheild

Someone dropped the ball

Not sure who's at fault, the dealership service department or Carshield. I had to take my vehicle back 3 times and finally took it home unserviced. Greatly disappointed.

It does appear that there is an out of pocket cost that needs to be approved to move forward in the repair.
