It took a while to get the approval to get repairs done. They were true to their word and covered it! I was honestly expecting problems, but I had none. Satisfied.
This coverage is essentially useless! The plan only covered $99 out of my $700 bill. I had to end up coming out of pocket for the remainder. I will never recommend this to anyone! Totally disappointed.

Went to repair place with my policy they called in claim, had to wait one day for approval and then everything was handled. I got my car back the same day I took it in I had only had to pay my deductible Satisfied

Transmission issues took truck to shop after diagnoses trans rebuild needed communication from shop needed improving but communication from Carshield very good

After having a transmission related claim denied. Wondering why was I paying monthly for not coverage. It was initially brought to my attention as a transmission leak when I had my regular maintenance oil change. Brought my vehicle into a reputable transmission repair facility to determine cause and assessment of the issue. It was assessed that transmission repairs were required.
Because symptom started as a leak, it automatically was denied regardless that upon further detection of that it wasn't simply a leak.
So, I was greatly disappointed and saw no reason to remain either Car Shield since I didn't get coverage despite paying for the service.

Generally, satisfied. Above my deductible I had to lay out an additional $295.00 which I did not expect nor welcome. To complete the necessary repair, the ignition wire and spark plugs needed to be removed. Which necessitated the replacement of both components. I understand those two items are not covered, however, since the oil leak repair required their disturbance I believe Car Shield should have covered the cost including additional labor fee for replacement. Let me say, I realize CarShield does not consider coverage of items under the contract. I would not put in a claim for just ignition wire and spark plugs had they not been intricate parts of the complete repair. It seems that when necessitated these items should be included in the total repair cost. I hope you use my thoughts as a gentle push to include such items in total repair going forward. Thank you for your consideration.

For some reason all the BMW service centers here in Memphis, TN do not except CarShield. I spent several years paying for a warranty that no excepted.
