A/C wasn't working. Contacted CarShield to help locate a repair facility. Once we found one, the repair went smooth. They even helped me with the rental car. Very Pleased!

I took my car for repair At Garbers Car Dealers for repair, I was charged cash for the wheel sensor, I called car shield and asked if that was covered, was told yes, but had to call first.

Satisfied customer!

When calling CarShield with our request to have our vehicle taken to the shop because the engine light came on, they were very caring and courteous and as I was on the phone they called the business we previously used to make sure they still excepted CarShield and to see if we could set up and appointment and we did. It was very easy, and we took it to the shop the next day and they worked directly with CarShield as needed. No worries. We love their service (CarShield) and they take care of the cost.

Cause you did not pay for the most expensive thing that needed to be did to my car. Initial light is on and if I can't afford to pay it and I've been with Car Shield lease for five years now. And I also need a break Cascio did not pay for it

There were differences in the labor rates that the repair facility used and what was recommended by a nationally recognized labor guide.
