I did not have to worry about any service on my vehicle. Car shield worked with my service department smoothly and kept me informed.

I really enjoy having carshield in my corner protecting my car, I feel my car will be around for a long time.

Was told electrical (sensor) was not covered. Had to pay out of my pocket for repair.

We have just joined and we have experienced very helpful, friendly and informative people.

Called Car Shield, and explained air conditioner in van was not working, and got us a mechanic very close, within 3.5 miles! Mechanic said he will order parts. Called a few times, left messages, but never heard back! My husband assumed the a c parts are on back order.
Never heard from mechanic, as cooler weather moved in, we will call Car Shield again in April or May,
Before HOT weather.

It took way to long for the repair to get approved.

Service personnel were great. That's all I have to say.

I explained to the representative that my dealer didn't take the service and they were very understanding to end the service. The representative did assure me that they would reach out to the dealer to reestablish a relationship. I was impressed!

Contact with Car shield is fast and easy. Agents are always cordial and considerate.

Car Shield is a great company to have for extended warranty issues.

You are not the company for me because when I needed your help you left me dry after send you money every month. And I need you to pay for my car to get fix. And to fine out the company didn't take you. You wouldn't not only send my money back you wouldn't even pay half.
