Waiting on a response about a repair on my car. Still waiting on the decision

Let them know about car shield is a very good company

I called to change my payment method and add a new one and they took care of it real quick.

The person I talked to was very cordial. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

I've seen the TV Commercials about joining Carshield and I'm so happy I finally joined, they associate was very friendly and gave me the best deal for my car.

I have a CarShield plan and had an issue with my SUV and CarShield helped me locate a dealer that was in their Car Repair Network. The process was stress free from start to the finish of the repair. I was only responsible for the co pay and a few parts totaling $200.00. The repair would have coated at lease $2500-3000 without having the CarShield Protection. The other bonus is having road side assistance. My car is several years old but having Car Shield is like having the extra warranty at a dealer. If you are thinking about purchasing a plan it's well worth it and def pays for itself! Thanks again Car Shield! 😊

Drove car for repair,dignostic was something wrong with the turbo charge,car shield approved it and they paid for I am very glad to know that carshield is reliable

My first experience with Car Shield couldn't have been better! They quickly approved my repairs on my transmission replacement. I'm so glad that I have the coverage I chose, as my Jeep is a 2002 but has only over 100,000 miles on it. So, I intend to keep it and enjoy it!

I was able to speak to a person and not a machine. The wait time was nothing.

I was completely satisfied with how fast and easy making the claim was after I took my vehicle to dealership they work with Carshield and I didn't have to do anything but take the loaner until my car was ready and now I can pass my MD inspection and pay to register my car because Carshield cover the cost of repairs and labor and just hand to pay my deductible for 3k worth of repairs! I would recommend Carshield to everyone I come across and tell them how much they need it!

Everything from the service associates to the shop that fixed our vehicle and the rental. Everyone was very professional and I now have my vehicle back and so far its working great I'm test driving it as we speak so with God's will all will be fine now Thank you all.

Since I bought a used car, it was good to know if anything went wrong it would be fixed. I had no problems with the used car so I don't have anything to compare it to
