2019 Cadillac XT5. My car dealer will not
Accept car shield or any other similar program. I had to cancel the coverage. Car
Shield refunded my entire payment at once with no questions asked. They were quick & honest. They are a reputable company who
Does what they say they will do.

They just decide without proving evidence for the denial! CarShield doesn't actually hold the warranty, they are just a broker; when you file a claim the only one you can speak to is a service representative and not the actual Adjuster making the decisions! They do not respond in a timely manor unless it is to tell you that they denied your claim! Not worth the money! I sent them all of my service records and because the pictures weren't clear they denied my claim saying lack of service.

Ok. I had my vehicle towed to a dealership. I found out the next day that I should have had my vehicle towed to another repair shop. The dealership hurried up and repaired my water pump and I was out 1,200.

No one that I have an extra warranty on my vehicle is nice and I don't have to worry about breakdowns. I am going to tell my daughters about Car Shield because it is great knowing that if you break down, it doesn't cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars for your vehicle.
