Have not used it yet. So far, I'm impressed with the plant.

Service is not like it use to be! Some ove your costumer people are not nice when calling! And not it takes so long to get a contact to get done

Thought Car Shield paid for the majority of my car repair?
I guess I was wrong.
I not only pay a monthly fee and a then deductible with a claim,but paid extra for what Car Shield didn't pay... This time it wasn't very much, but next time what is it going to be?

The deductible on my policy was lowered. I was told that I would receive an email confirmation of that and whatever other new materials I would need. Instead, I am here with stuff that says I owe them $200 for each claim. This no longer applies and I don't know if the change has been made internally because you did not follow through.

Car shield worked with my mechanic on day one. Communicated with me for back up information.

My experience from my first phone call to the last and final call was nothing short of amazing. Everyone that I had the pleasure of speaking with from the customer service department to the claims department treated me with special attention. I wish that I could do a commercial just to let millions of viewers know this is not a gimmick. When Car Shield promotes, they will take care of your car issues with no out of pocket cost except your deductible, you can rest assured and sleep at night with no worries.

Great and knowledgeable customer service personnel. Speedy response to my concerns. Kept me in the loop when working with my mechanic.

My experience with CarShield been a living hell, CarShield needs to evaluate there coverage it needs to cover more items on our vehicles much as we pay on a monthly basis. My vehicle wouldn't start and I had to pay $1024 and CarShield didn't cover anything it's a ripoff.

Awesome customer service from this representative, but the prior representatives did not quite get it when it came to the billing process when someone has an issue who is temporally unemployed since January 3 and the billings have been awkward, and I have been bouncing some automatic billings, which is an embarrassment. Please advise and fix. Thank you.
