When I call and explain what problem I"m having with my car and if the problem I'm having is covered under my warranty they refer me to mechanic shops that takes their warranty.

I called Car Shield to submit a claim about my air condition in my 2012 Ford Focus blowing hot air. I took my car to Blake Utter Ford. Blake Utter Ford service advisor Jim Burton has had my car in his shop before for repairs. My air conditioner was repaired. The total bill was over $1600. All I paid was my $100 deductible. I have been with car shield for over rwo years. I recently had an issue with my car and I was sent to one of they approved mechanic. The mechanic told them that I needed an engine and to my suprise they denied my claims. Can you imagine? I was speechless. I was firced to return the rental that I only had for one day and fro that point on I was on my own. Can you imagine? I had been paying $ 149 for over two years only for them to tell me to $#*! off!
