Have had to deal with the TPSM light on my car even though the tires didn't need air. I took the car to Mr. Tire and they found a malfunctioning sensor. It was covered by the program so it cost me half as much as I would have paid. Not bad for my first experience. Mr. Tire made it very easy and Car Shield made it possible

First repair using Car Sheild after a year with them. Service manager at dealership didn't have much nice to say about Car Sheild and had me worried a bit. Absolutely nothing to worry about here. Car Sheild delivered, as promised, in a quick and timely manner. Glad I listened to Glen Beck and purchased this product. ALL of their people I have talked to have been of the highest quality. When the original defects were found not to be the problem. I called carshield and told them the mechanic said it could be something else. Thanks carshield for keeping the claim open while I seek out the real problem

The first representative gave me the wrong information about the prices to get me to sign up at that point, and when I spoke with customer service representative the price changed and my gold went to silver. That was the only disappointment so far.

I did pay some out of pocket but most of this huge repair was covered by Car Shield
