I am overall satisfied with my warranty. However I had to go to different repair facilities to find a shop that honors Carshield. I was also told by a representative that they would cover the tye rod on the front tight passenger side but then it was not covered. Additionallly it took longer then I was told for the authorization. Also I never recieived a phone callback from Carshield and the repair facility finally called me after some time. Overall experience was Okay. BZ

Hey transfer case could not be found to fix my 2008 Ford F150 Harley Davidson truck otherwise I feel my experience is very very good with car shield so far and I'll have my wife sign up since this has been a really good experience and it's worth every penny

I still don't understand why the valve cover gaskets and thermostat housing would not be considered a part of the engine but the water pump is. Your commercials state you will take care of the problems but in reality it couldn't be farther from the truth.
David, we apologize for any confusion regarding your coverage. After further review, it appears the thermostat housing is a part that is not listed for coverage on a your contract. The claims notes read that the valve cover gasket was not called in as part of the claim. Your Repair Facility would need to contact the claims department with a diagnostic, cause of failure, and part numbers to confirm if it is eligible. We are always willing to go over your contract with you, explain the claim process, and address any issues. My car is being serviced by Liberity Buick in Arizona. I was initially informed that I would get 14 days of a rental, I found out today 1/6/2025 that you responsibility for the rental end Friday, also the part you insisted on will not arrive at the dealer until Friday. The dealer had the part in stock which you refused to pay for. I will not be getting my car back until sometime next week. Needless to say I'm pissed off.
