I have made three specific inquiries on three separate advertised vehicles and got nothing but the usual bait and switch. Nobody could honestly reply if the vehicle they were advertising was actually available. Why advertise something and then not answer if it's available. Very disappointed in this company.
I PAID $49 to list my car for sale. They happily took my money and told me my car would be listed. This was 4 days ago. So I went to check on the status of my listing today and I found out that they had "disabled" my account. They never bothered to tell me about this. I paid money for them to delete my listing is basically what it all boils down to. Deleting a listing and disabling an account is one thing, but if someone pays you money for your service, shouldn't you contact that person to let them know? I sure think so. I consider this to be theft.
Hey cars.com- Give me my money back. And please keep my listing and account deleted. I never want to give you so much as the tiniest of opportunities to ever make a fraction of a cent off of me in any capacity. You are pure scum.
Who does this? This is a website to list vehicles for sale. Dealers and private sellers. I guess when you list an expensive truck, someone got upset about it because I wouldn't sell my truck to a reseller or dealer. My cars.com listing was closed/ account closed with zero communication from cars.com. I had to log into my account to find out my listing was closed. Im so glad I didn't pay for a listing with them because what a scam. This is a joke of a website if this is how they run things over there.
Mathew Bayer, and everyone else at Greenwich Mercedes are great to deal with!
They are attentive, hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, dedicated, and just flat out on their best game all of the time. It's what I always hoped buying a car would be, and they made it super easy and fun for me! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to purchase a Mercedes, and I wouldn't look any further, as you will get the best cars and service at this dealership.
I took my f250 two wheel drive truck into Purvis for an oil change and a safety inspection. My vehicle has approximately 53,000 miles on it. I was told by my service tech. It would be apprximately two hours. After 5 hours plus my tech tells me they are working on the safety inspection, and my wheel bearings need to be repack or replaced on my 4x4, I explained my truck is two wheel drive. He said they still need to be done, and they have to fail my truck if they dont do them. I tried to tell him I had the 50,000 mile service at another Ford dealership 10 months ago, and my wheel bearing were all good. I got no connection to what I was saying. I ask what the repack would cost, he said only 399.00 for my truck. I declined his ridiculous offer, and waited another hour and half for my vehicle.
Today I took my vehicle to mineke across from Costco and had them pull my front wheels off, pack the bearing and give me my vehicle safety inspection, all for less than $200.00. The mechanic told me the wheel bearings were not loose, or in need of anything. So all that being said I obviously will never go back to Purvis, and I honestly believe that the service folks are in the business of deceiving their customers rather than assisting them.
I would suggest taking a second look for another dealership, or at the very least question what your service tech tells you, good luck.
I wrote a rather unflattering review for
The Auto Store in Palmyra NJ that cars.com will not post. Don't know why? No cussing or threats. Makes a person think! They sent an email saying they were going to post it. That was yesterday. I wrote and asked them why it wasn't posted, no response.
Great dealership and amazing customer service you will leave with amazing car with a good deal. I will only purchase my vehicles from PRIMETIME MOTORS I highly recommend.
Great car and great service from Angelo & Sons! Mr. Angelo was very helpful and always has a great selection of cars available.
We had a wonderful car shopping experience at Right Honda when we purchased our new Honda Accord! Salesman Gene Gebeke was GREAT! No pressure and answered all our questions and concerns! Plus we love our new Honda Stef & Roger Torgerson
I recently purchased 2017 Mazda 3 from North Shore Mazda. Duarte Bettencort coordinated purchase. All happened with such ease. Thank you North Shore Mazda and thank you Duarte.
This is not my first rodeo. Actually it may be my last as I have waited for an R8V10 for years. I purchased a 2010 MT from Jakes Motorcars and they were amazing. Beginning with Sherry to Mike, the experience was seamless. No pressure just old fashioned American customer service. They are absolutely #1!
The car is amazing.
They help me with best deal on my dream car thanks you lot Bedrock Motors in Blaine thank you again.
They said they would give me ******* for my 2010 shelby mustang, but lied big time giving me only 3500. They are frauds who lie about everthing. Spoke with gm who hung up on me. Its has bad as it is with this dealer. Don. T walk, but run as fast as you can from them. They are thieves of the first order.
If you are on the hunt for a new car you need to go through Motor Werks. Our family has used them several times now & hands down they are the absolute best company to work with!
Website does not require dealers/sellers to list 'Car Title' info like MANY other sites do. I found 2 cars from Eagle Auto on the cars.com webiste that fit my criteria, but when I reached out asking a few questions, including Clean Title?... I received a response to call for more info. This is frustrating when dealing with an online service! Soooo, I decided to ru the vin #'s and found that both cars were bought at auction, with one having a SALVAGED title and the other listing "Primary Damage; Front End... Secondary Damage: Biohazard/Chemical"! Oh my gosh! This type of info SHOULD 100% be listed in the ad!
Wondering how an offering is determined to be a "good buy" or other rating. My observation is that it is
Not consistent and raises question how valid this feature is presented.
I found a vehicle on Cars.com listed for Grand Prairie Ford. The vehicle was listed at $36,865. I contacted the dealer about the vehicle, and drove two hours to buy it. When I arrived the Sales team said the web site messed up the price and it was actually close to $50,000. This is very unethical sales tactics.
If you list your car on cars.com, expect ridiculous offers from their car purchasing service. Beware of bait and switch offers. I received text offer for $20,526 and agreed to that offer but then they sent actual purchase agreement at $11,400. I removed my ad from this site and will not do business with a company that operates like this.
Simon was super helpful with my car buying experience. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. This is our 3rd Kia purchase and 3rd Kia dealer we dealt with, I would definitely recommend the cars and Difeo Kia.
I am so thankful went in with a busted down 06 Scion thanks to Marty and his team left with a 2013 Passat I'm they are so respectful and work hard to get u a great deal I am more then happy and recommend to anyone looking for a car
