I was in a bind with my old vehicle. Wesley Egerton at Winners Circle Nissan of Hampton was very helpful in getting me back on the road. He assessed my car needs and responded quickly and efficiently. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Wesley made the process easy by making sure everything was taken care of before I left. Thanks so much for the awesome service. I highly recommend.

Grapevine Ford. Made an appointment with Alphonso for 2pm Saturday to see a specific car. We arrived early by 20 minutes to find out the car I asked them to hold was JUST sold. Ok. Fine. But could Alphonso have called me and told me BEFORE I made the trip to Grapevine from East Dallas?
He had another car for me to look at… more miles more expensive and NOT the color I was looking for. Bait and switch? IDK. But we left after complaining to the sales manager, Blaine.
Nice enough… but still. Ask me first if I want to look at a different car BEFORE I make the drive!
Poor customer service for a hot July day!

Shout out to Colton Cresap at Rick Ridings Ford in Monticello, IL in the purchase of my 2013 Yukon XL. Colton is straight forward, easy to talk to, listens to your wants and needs, and gets the sale completed. They are a straight forward dealership without the games. Stop by and ask for Colton!

I lease a car about 25 days ago at John eagle Acura
I want to share my experience so you don't make the same mistake I made. This dealers is not an honest bussines they sell you things that you did not ask for, and when you try to remove those things that they put not the cars they refuse to do it. Don't buy cars from this dealer they don't care for customers they just want your money. They also act that they care for you writing a response to them review but is not real, they never work with you to resolve the problems. I don't recommend this dealer go somewhere else. Go to Acura Autonation those guys know how to treat customer with respect.

The pricing to dealerships id a rip off;
The pricing that Cars allows advertised has hidden charges that consumers don't see until after they call or visit some franchise dealers; they unfairly give an advantage to new car dealerships while letting them advertise untrue pricing to consumers.

Bristol auto mall they were very nice and professional and Phil was wonderful at helping me find a car in my price range with good mileage I live in Pleasantville and my Chevy spark made it him with no problem at all I would go back any time and buy a car from them again

I have found multiple fraudulent ads on CARS.COM they don't bother to check to see
Private ads with low prices and no VIN, no CARFAX no contact information
Stay away from Cars.com go to Iseecars, or carfax or Autotrader, CarGurus... any place else that at least does some screening to help you be safe

We went to Johnson Dodge (New Jersey)and so happy and satisfied with the guys there especially Tom O'Hare, very generous man, he's out there to show us every little detail and so so patient, we stop by late to look at the Jeep we interesting on the cold night and he doesn't mind to explain our questions, loved Tom. Thank you Tom, appreciate all you did for us and I highly recommended this place to everyone, good deal and very good customer service

Cars.com is despicable. I posted a legitimate review for a dealer on their website and they keep removing it because that dealer is a "paid member". Executive Auto in Winchester, VA sold me a used vehicle that had a rusted through subframe mount on both sides. The dealer knew about it, covered it up and provided me a with fake safety inspection certificate. I could have been killed if it gave out while I was driving on the highway.

I left a review about this on Cars.com and they remove it without notifying me. I then contacted them and provided them with the photos as well as the vin number to the car with the sales contract and safety inspection. In not so many words, they said there was nothing they could do... try posting it again.

I did exactly that, and it was removed within 48 hours. Executive Auto put that Saturn Vue back up for sale on their website. My review is simply trying to help other consumers and protect them in case they do not find out about the death trap that is being sold to them. By removing my review, Cars.com is an accessory to murder if someone gets killed. I have notified the dealer about this and I have notified Cars.com multiple times, but they continue to act in this sleazy manner.

NEVER trust reviews on this website! Look on multiple sites and use your best judgement. Cars.com needs to be shut down and investigated before someone gets hurt.
