I ordered a damn turn signal switch for my 2014 Jetta and they sent me a fender support replacement, customer service is terrible, I sat on hold for over 2 hours and still don't know if I'm going to get my part.
I ordered ignition coils for my car and when the order was placed it was the wrong address it was being shipped to, 3 states away! I called them immediately and told them they said they would stop it before it even left the warehouse. The person told me to reorder them with the correct address. So they charged my card twice. I talked with them at least 10 times or more trying to make sure they stopped the order because I don't live in Ohio. They assured me they did. So now it's been delivered to a state and address I don't live in and they will not refund my money! Customer service has lied to me and gave me a run around! I was promised a refund days ago by a manager, supposedly, but up on calling them again they say I have to return the part that's 3 states away and at a unnone address before I can be refunded! Even though they swore they cancelled the order then swore it was stopped through FedEx! Never again! And on top of that the ignition coils I did receive were shorter then the original ones! Worst place ever!

Multiple attempts to get a refund on the defective parts sent to me and...you call, get put in a long que, and then when you finally are caller number 1 or 2 they hang up on you. Happened 3 times. I got thru once to a person in Philipines who then said they were the wrong department and transferred me to the sales dept then, after another wait, told me they were the wrong department and said they had to transfer me to someone else. They promptly then sent me to a password protected phone line.
They sent me 2 brake calipers, both defective. Their ad stated they were 'pressure tested" but that is impossible as they leaked brake fluid on professional installation. Cost me $300 to have them installed and uninstalled.
If you do business with this company, you are as much of a chump as I am now.

I did not receive the correct part was not able to check this due to family issues that are personal and I don't want to post on the internet. With the situation I had. I was not able to check the part and I could not proceed with the work. Due to the problems and then I go to open the box They did not even check to see if it was the correct part that they were sending to me. They don't care about you or your situations that you're dealing with. I will not be using this company again.
These are The Times people need to help the most. Because the economy is going to s***And they don't even want to lift a finger to do a small return process and send me the correct part that they did not check. I wouldn't even mind paying the delivery fee. I just need the correct part for the $150 I spent.
Oh yeah check the picture out look at how different they look That shouldn't even pass a two 5 year old

Order a full set of Power Stop Brakes and rotors for my 2017 F250. Spent almost $1200 for the kit. Got the email it had delivered to my house so I got home and had 2 smaller boxes and 1 larger box. I opened the smaller boxes up and they had my 2 front rotors and brake pads for the front. I hurried it up and installed them and got the truck ready for the back Brakes. Opened the box up to find only 1 back rotor and no other rotor or Brakes in the box. I called the customer service and they said it would probably be another week before I will get my Brakes and 1 rotor to make up for what they missed. I asked them to rush ship and they said they couldn't because it can only ship ground. Well I am definitely not happy about it and will never use Car Parts.com again. When you have a shop and spend a lot of money on parts and the screw you over like this I will tell all my customers not to use them!

Caution! First time to repair my car and of course I had to purchase from a company that couldn't ship me everything I ordered. I ordered struts/shocks and brake rotors/pads. Unfortunately I received 3 rear rotors and 1 front rotor. Sadly one of these incorrect rotors was labeled as a front rotor on the box. Since I used the 1 front rotor and purchased another one from Autozone I couldn't return since the pair wasn't complete. Im sorry I couldnt wait the additional 1-2 weeks. You cannot trust their inventory. Open the items up immediately and make sure your getting what you actually ordered. I did receive a refund however it only covered half of the cost I spent at Autozone. Do not trust their labeling. Good luck and Beware!

Too many bad reviews on this site, so I'm telling you excellent quality, price & service. Purchased new headlamp assembly for 2018 Subaru Legacy. OEM was almost $400 and CarParts.com was 1/2 the price and I'll show pic on perfectly boxed AND it was new! Received the headlamp within a few days (don't pay attention to negative reviews on delivery!) and was easy to get bumper off and replace. YES, they have my business!

If you have a core to ship back, good luck! Absolutely junk reman parts, ripoff company, will hang up on you when you call, takes over an hour. The parts like I said are junk, reman builders actually painted over the grease. Painted the splines in which you have to throw in a washer to eat off to fit. - 10 for these POS clowns. Bite the bullet and order from Napa.

Ordered a camshaft sensor on Monday. The website said if I order it within 1hr 26m I would receive it by 9/23. Was provided with a tracking number and according to the tracking number it is still awaiting pickup from the Carrollton, TX warehouse. Called customer service and was told that the time given is only when the part is readily available. This was a lie of course considering that the order was processed within 24 hours. Now on the phone with a supervisor and she is doing nothing more than trying to pacify me with more excuses insisting that the package is on a truck. SEE PICTURE BELOW! It is the latest tracking information showing the package still has not been picked up. What I find is crazy is that the website shows if I order it today I'll receive it by Saturday. (See below as well) Customer service is pitiful and getting a competent answer is nonexistent! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. If you love excuses and all out lies order from them, if you need your parts within a timely manner shop elsewhere!

Ordered a fuel pump that arrived damaged. Wanted to return it, got the email for the return and look for second email with label. The second email never was sent. I had to go to the website and search in my order to find the actual shipping label. Then after it was sent back I got excuses and more lies about getting my money back. 7 days came and went and still no funds. Currently talking to my bank to force them to refund me. This is not acceptable, any major retailer should not have to get the smack down from the bank and credit card providers to give a simple refund, thats for scams but this site is a scam. Money only goes to them, they will not give any refunds.

I bought 4 moog ball joints, 2 of them weren't even moog and one of them was used so sent them back! I've talked to customer service multiple times and they've told me 2 to 3 business days and I'd have my money but nothing! This company is trash, I will never buy anything from them again.

Delivery date came and went! I made the mistake of ordering a car part I needed for an immediate repair based on the website's promised delivery date of the part.Just like other people reviewed, the delivery date came and went! Today is the delivery day and the tracking still shows Label was created and the part has never been even picked up by FedEx.I contacted customer service they blamed it on FedEx and say wait two days for tracking to be updated after they scan it, well I feel like I have been scammed. Now my work truck is going to be down for several days till I find an alternative. All the bad reviews on shipping are accurate. And they don't give a s**t.

I spend thousands a year here and today I ordered a bunch of rust repair panels for my business and I'm missing parts and the only thing the online chat Michelle can tell me is have a drove down the road and check with local areas or neighbors for my package when they forgot to ship it inside the box every time a order a set of wheel arches they are always shipped in same box and only one was inside box but now only thing she can seem to say is ask neighbors or drive around absolutely horrible customer service will take business elsewhere

If I could do 0 stars I would. Customer service is atrocious. Lifetime replacement for the same part is misleading and false advertising. When you have an issue they won't honor it unless it is same on everything. We bought the same part, just different brand at the recommendation of our mechanic after only having the other part on the vehicle for less than a year. Car parts.com states well you could have returned that other part within 60 days...not helpful when the part is an issue after 60 days and the mechanic says to go a different brand but exact same part! Customer service is terrible and not helpful. I would recommend going with Rock Auto as they are always helpful!
