I called to get an auto part and they had something messed up and when I called customer service a lady named Elvie help me. She was absolutely wonderful at her job and I would like to thank her very much you should keep her on the team she's well worth the money. She has should actually have a raise, just keep that in mind.

I placed my order online and recieved it in a week. I am really pleased with the easy online service they provide. There were two small boxes and they taped them together as if they where one parcel, thank you to the shipping department. And thank you to everyone else that makes this possible.

Without having to do extensive searching and time wasting, I found what I needed for cheaper than I expected. Thank you!

The woman was as helpful as can be, she even called my mechanic to ensure the parts I was ordering were the correct parts.

Order the part on 09/22 they dont give you the time of arrival until AFTER you $#*!ing pay. So thinking I'm saving myself money order it and bam it'll arrive the 1st. The 1st comes and that's when the part arrives... to FedEx to deliver the part. On the 4th. So I take the day off to replace this $#*! just to find out it was a waste of time! Trust me not worth saving 40 bucks I'd rather go to auto zone and pay for convenience.

Ordered the headlight for my c250 and the guy was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions just so we/he ordered the right part and made me feel better about ordering from car-parts. And the price was cheaper and reasonably then other places.

Good on line catalog, PayPal linked, fast delivery, high quality parts. Issued the new style sealed tail light lense to replace the old style cheaper piece that broke on my truck. Thanks.

Got a abs wire harness for my 07 impala part came earlier than expected and worked perfectly will order more parts from them in the future!

The first time I ordered from these guys they sent my fog lamps with bad wiring. I was pretty pissed but fixed it myself. Told them about it they said send it back. I said I already fixed it. They gave me a discount. Decided to give them anothet chance. Havent been disappointed. Nothing but reliability and fast shipping since.
