Placed and order and FedEx delivered it and left it outside my gated fence and it was stolen called carparts and was advise nothing can be done because it was delivered. Even though I clearly have a sign stating to throw my packages over my fence. Im out $$ and no parts never will I order from carparts that cannot do nothing about a package that was delivered outside my gated fence and not my fault but fedex.
FIRST OF ALL THE PARTS ARE INFERIOR. SECOND OF ALL THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG PARTS, FOR THE WRONG CAR. THEN THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU WAITED TOO LONG TO TAKE THE PARTS TO THE SHOP. WELL I DID NOT PLAN TO FRACTURE MY SACRUM IN MORE THEN ONE PLACE, OR FALL 3 TIMES IN 2 WEEKS DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AND A CHAIR FALLING ON ME. BUT IT DID NOT MATTER TO THEM THAT THEY SENT ME THE INCORRECT PARTS. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM. AND ONCE AGAIN THE PARTS ARE VERY CHEAP LOOKING. I BOUGHT HEADLIGHTS FOR MY 2003 PATHFINDER.

Good quality parts for half the price.crappy cancellation policy,I cancelled an order 5 mins after purchase but through cust service they couldn't stop/cancel the shipping,they send items and then you have to ship them back to get refund.they still shipped the 50pounds order i cancelled literally 5 mins after purchase then I had to return it.soonest you getting money back is 3 weeks.

As soon as I placed my order, my confirmation said that it would arrive a day later than what they said originally. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the day after I ordered it I get another email saying it would come the next day. That's just raggedy!
THE DAY AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE x3 UPDATE! It's still not here!
LATE NIGHT UPDATE. It's still not here. I'm convinced that they pocketed the shipping that I paid for and sent my part media mail!
UPDATE- Day 6 and still not here! Ordered it on Wed., was supposed to come Friday, and now it's Wed. AGAIN.
Thursday UPDATE: A delivery truck pulls up and looks for my package for a good 5 minutes and then drives off,. Still no delivery. OMG
Friday UPDATE:: It's delivered late afternoon :(

I ordered a tailgate. Was not packed, just put in a box and shipped. Obviously, it showed up very damaged. Based on the box alone it didn't look to be dropped in shipping and no evidence of damage on the box. To their credit they did send a new one. Same situation, not packed and damaged. When talking to a rep they asked if the box was damaged. I said no. I believe you sent it out damaged and your company is looking to get the insurance back from fed ex then re ship another damaged part.
It's very clear this company doesn't care. I paid $180 for this including shipping and handling. After 2 damaged parts, I wanted a return. Now I'm only getting $119 back for the part which is clearly BS. I'm sure FedEx had to sell out $119 two times for insurance reasons only to ship these parts out again. It was clear I would never get a good part from this company. I ordered from another company, and the tailgate arrived well protected with no issue. How is this company even in business?

Ordered a set of 4 struts to be delivered and paid a nice $53 for this shipment. Well long story short, the struts did not come in at the same time. FedEx and CarParts neither want to take responsibility for the mix-up of two came in one day (one front and one rear to make it more funny) then other shipment should get here God knows when. Make sure you ask about how they are shipping your order. If not you will be unhappy waiting for parts.

Tried to get warranty product replaced for a set of Power Stop Brakes that completely failed dangerously! Was sent to manufacturer to get warranty issue resolved. No luck there after a back and forth for 5 days. The brakes are less than 6 months old. Neither Power Stop nor Carparts.com stand behind their products they sell. Very disappointed with service all around. Expect me to return the damaged parts before replacing them. Everyone can be without their truck for 2 weeks while they decide if its a warranty issue!. That is after I provided documentation that 2 Ram dealers said the parts were deflective. Going back top Summit Racing to purchase the replacements parts that I need to drive the truck. They at least stand behind their products.

I purchased an alternator from Carparts they charge me for core, they refund me for my core. But now the new part is defective now they offer to refund for defective part but now they get to keep my original and they get the defective one.

I ordered a tail light for my truck at 12 noon on a Thursday. I paid for expedited shipping ($35) which guaranteed I would recieve the light on Saturday. Now it's monday and I still don't have it. I can see the product is coming from a warehouse in Las Vegas and I live in a city in the NW, it shouldn't take this long. Pretty frustrating to pay a premium for a service that you don't get. Feels like extortion. Can't say I'd recommend this site.

I purchased an oil pressure sensor for my challenger. My oil light would not shut off. I replaced it with OEM part. Problem resolved but I had to do this job twice. Purchased and installed radiator fan Twice for my Lincoln. Both went out after a little over a year, after the warranty was out. I was told it did not qualify for lifetime replacement. I have therefore had to do this job 3 times! Buy your parts somewhere else.

My order was very late compared to when they said it would arrive. Their core charges are extremely high compared to other companies. Probably because they don't make it easy to do the return. You have to research how to do it and then you have to reach out to them via chat to get an RMA instead of just sending the core return instructions in the email. I have canceled my login and will never use this company again. I looked for the core return policy in my email and it never came. I called chatted with them on the phone and they consistently talked over me. I don't know if they send one out but if they did it want to spam and I never saw it. I am a DIY home auto mechanic I am not a business I have bought many parts from this company but I won't make that mistake ever again.

I ordered a window regulator that was "Guaranteed To Fit" my 2014 Volt, but when it arrived the motor connector did not match my car. I sent an email asking for the correct part and was told all the parts are the same so I could return it but I had to pay shipping both ways since it was not their error. Digging deeper, I found that there are two different regulators for this year, which every other parts website says to Check Fitment, but not these guys they just guarantee it to fit. Anyway, I contested the charge with my credit card and they sided with me. Will never use this site again!

Sorry CarParts Rep, the time for you to address this was in the multiple emails I had back and forth with your customer service, not after you get a negative review. You can fight with the credit card bank if you are so certain that you didn't make an error.

I placed an order. My shipments were immediately delayed due to "supply chain issues". They sent my parts in 2 shipments.They were sent in separate shipments, both delivered by FedEx. One box was delivered to the wrong address, is a FedEx issue. Carparts is now giving me a hard time about a refund because technically it was, "delivered". The bag you're seeing? I didn't make that hole. Ball joints were sent in that package, when I picked up the bag they fell right out. What does Carparts.com have to say? Nothing. Still waiting on my control arms. They're not a safety issue or anything right? I paid $23 for shipping, so they didn't even have free shipping for this level of terrible.

I ordered 2 headlights the left and right when I received the head lights it was both driver side (L). I requested a return and was emailed 2 return labels that I put on each box. Long story short they said they received only 1 headlight (how is that possible) while only receiving my money back for 1 head light when I paid for the whole kits. Ordering the parts was the easy part. Then I wasn't warned on the shipping page that if the estimated shipping date is a weekend you won't get until Monday. Then when Monday comes around I find out that the order didn't save my unit number so I call FedEx to get my address changed well I couldnt do that. So I call carparts.com only to get an out of country person named "John" who told me since you guys messed up it will be 16$ to change the address. So apperntly it cost 16$ for you to enter a username and password on fedex website to change an address thats just wrong. So I said cancel the order, the rep then says please hold while I ask my manager if he can waive it, to which they do because I know you would have bite the shipping to return and restock it.

Their customer service assistant is very slow and youll have to sit and wait. There are no alerts so you better stare at the screen for the next 5-10mins. And if you miss the 2min window, please try again!

I ordered a part online it arrived 2 days after promised, it was the wrong part. I contacted them and the only solution they had was request a return. I called and spoke to customer service and told her I was not looking for a refund I just wanted the part I ordered. She told me to send back the part and after inspection I would receive a refund 7 days later. 10 days after confirming they received the part I contacted them and got some excuse about paypal payments take longer I opened a dispute with paypal and the issue was quickly resolved.
