We asked different car rental agencies for an offer and "carngo" was by far the cheapest. The service was great. They brought the car directly to the hotel and picked it up after a few days.The car was okay.

Tried to scew us. I tried to rent a car for my daughter and they wanted to charge a 1000 dollar deposit plus 20 a day surcharge for a debit card. Non of this was disclosed in the reservation.
I'd I could give 0 stars I would. Y'all, look at their Facebook website and the comments. If you try to cancel or you are under the necessary age to rent, forget about it. They charge you when you can't even rent or when you cancel. Plus their phone numbers don't even work.

Ease of booking a car with the added assurance of additional insurance. No hidden payments. I love that there's also an option to track price drop as well. I've booked directly with a local agency before and had the misfortune of getting a flat tyre on the trip. I was slapped with so many added hidden costs! That's why I'm happy to find car rental Ottawa. It's an efficient and stress-free way to rent a car without any worry that I'd lose my deposit.
Last time rent car through CARNGO to visit Europe. Making reservation and changing booking online was very easy and efficient. Your prices were very good. My refund to my credit came very fast. Great customer service!
Used a nice little car with an automatic transmission. The company went to a meeting, my experience did not reach a couple of months to the necessary, but I received the car, while I did not make any increased deposits, I didn't pay extra. I am a young but neat driver. Loved the car very much, did not want to leave. I can recommend the company.
Had a good car rental booking experience via their website. Remember it only just a booking system and to read the small print from each rental provider as we had an issue when booking a local company in Sicily. Thankfully, I took out full insurance and the 350 the local firm took for damage we did not cause I had refunded.
The price seems very competitive and the car rental process was simple and straight forward and was made even better when I was informed the cost had reduced after my booking was made, it was very easy. I haven't picked up the vehicle yet, but hopefully the pickup, vehicle quality, and drop off is as easy and I will review that once completed.
I want to leave a review about carngo.com, I booked a car at the airport in Milan for 9 days and made full payment for this reservation, the company received this money, when I came to receive the car, it turned out that the company does not work with applepay system, and I returned to take physical card, when I came and granted a credit card, they told me that the reservation was canceled and the money could not be returned to me, such a company of scammers! Be careful, they are looking for any reason to take your money, referring to a contract that no one reads. I lost all the money because I returned for a card that my wife had and came with her later. It is not possible to leave a review on the site, as the site itself selects them, so they are all there positive

BEWARE THE TERMS CONDITIONS OF RENTAL. They are an abosolute scam. Your reservation is not a guarantee of services. Upon arrive the rental car didnt honor my reservation and I was sent away with no car (in a foreign country)!
