I rented a car through this company. When I got to the desk, the rental company attempted to overcharge me for insurance with an exorbitant rate of $42 per day, which was more than half the cost the rental itself. I refused the car and informed CARNGO about the situation. The manager agreed that that was a rip off price, but claimed their is nothing they can do and threw the terms and conditions nonsense at me. The company refused to help me, even though they knew I was being ripped off. I lost $1500. I will never use a company that refuses to stand up to immoral behavior from their suppliers.

I made a booking during a weekend (Sunday Oct 15 2023 to be specific) with this company only to be notified on Monday by my sponsor that a reservation had already been made for me. I reached out to this company in about 23hrs prior to pickup time, meaning I missed the cancellation by few minutes. That is I reached out to them in about 23hours, contrary to the 24hours policy and they were in no situation willing to make any changes. I even proposed that rather than a full day pickup, an amendment of same day drop off, from 3PM to 5PM be made, yet they were unwilling. An agent by name Mahmoud rather found an even more expensive option, way over my initial booking and categorically told me they cannot do anything about it. As a student on a tight budget, this was very disappointing. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, nor recommend it to anyone. International students, or anyone should find alternative means. This company will not help.

There is no refunds if u go to airport for car rental. Go deeper in there policy's no good business.get a Lawyer like I did

Booking Reference # US******* made on November 21 at 3:30 PM Confirmation: CDV *******909 paid in full according with bank records. We booked 6 days from 11/23/2022 to 11/27/2022. Because work emergency, couldn't make it at Tampa airport on November 23rd, bud my family's gets there on time. 2 days before send email announcing this matter and soliciting added my wife on reservation but never hear anything from Carngo company. My wife and my kids get to the window at ACE rentacar to pick up vehicle and they refused to give the vehicle to my wife, because Carngo never updated info requested by email with anticipation. We requested refund money to our account since we never used the service, but, Carngo is refusing to refund the money. This is the way that companies like this get money from innocents and honest people like us. when all we want to do is to visiting San Petersburg Florida and have great memories with our families. We don't recommended this company for any Rent-A-Car services. They just scammers getting founds from people. Jesus.

BEWARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL.
I missed my rental period because my flight was late and they told me my car was given away, and that there was nothing I could do about it. I called and attempted to get a refund and they refused to help me out at all with this. Poor customer service.

I reserved a car from carngo for a family vacation in Puerto Rico. However, when we arrived later than anticipated, I called the actual rental company and requested we pick the car up the next day. They assured us there would be a car and it would present no problem. However, when we arrived the staff was rude and told us we had no car - and that we should deal with the booking company (CarnGo.) We received no car, and because of the way CarNGo words its contracts, because we had arrived a day leter, they refused to credit us. We got no car and CarnGo got paid by my credit card company - who just caved in and sent them the money. (Capital One - really funny - hope its not in your wallet.)
Do NOT do business with these people unless you are 100% certain that the car dealers they work with are honest and can provide the goods.

I wouldn't recommend carngo. Not only are they unprofessional but they canceled my car reservation after I had paid for the insurance and tried to call them when I had landed and couldn't get a hold of a representative until an hour later and then she hangs up on me because she claimed I was an hour later. Nevertheless the free shuttle bus never showed up at the airport

I hit a pothole and tired was damaged beyond repair but within the 2 year period. I purchased a new tire from tirerack and had it installed by a local tire shop. I provided the receipt and after two months they reject my claim and not reimbursing me as they said they would. They scam you with their warranty guarantee and find a way to not pay. I will take my business elsewhere
