I ordered wheels and tyres and have had So much trouble from these two despicable thieves. Over 48 hours they said I would get a refund within 48 hours as long as no complaint was filled with my bank or it will take longer to get it back!. Have the email. No refund.

Do not do business with this site. I ordered 3 parts and then canceled 2 hours later. I talked to customer " care" and they sent me a canceled order email. Told me I would get a refund on my $350 that they already took out of my bank account. After 4 days they shipped me the products that I did not want. Called again and they put me on hold for 33 min. The guy gave me a fake name and told me he would take care of it. I woke up the next day and called UPS and they confirmed, the packages are still on there way. No one called them to hold the packages. Carid.com are a bunch of con artist trying to pawn themselves off as a real company.DO NOT DO business with them I have no products and yet they still have all my money. Thieves

I ordered new Grill for my car and their website ad and invoice clearly states it comes as a complete kit with both upper and lower grill. They shipped just one little piece and I've called them four times and talked to several customer service reps who agree I should have received both parts, but they don't know how to get me the balance of my order. They say they have to call the manufacturer? I'll come back with daily updates on how this plays out.

My last 2 orders in the past I received the order with 2 days from CA to Nevada free shipping and returns was EZ and without issues. This third order, they charged $40 for shipping. It's has been 6 days before I see the shipping email but UPS has not even received the package from tracking... so go figure.
WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! THAT'S HOW TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS! My girlfriend and I ordered a hitch for my Dodge Stratus RXT (I know it's not really a car for towing) and we were moving cross country back in October. We received the wrong product, returned it instantly... NOW ITS MARCH, and we have still not received our full refund! I got my half, but they REFUSE to give my now-Fiancé her half of the money. This company is a bunch of thieves. They will, without a doubt, be shut down by the Business Bureau. You cant do fraudulent sh*t like this and get away with it! I wish I could find whoever runs this company and give them a piece of my mind & fists! They put us on hold every single time we call for well over 30 minutes, but the automative machine says "We promise, you're next" BUT to no avail. The customer service woman/man who originally transfers us to Billing & Accounting, and she said what every other customer service person said... "No one seems to be available, I'll resolve the issue and call you in 48 hours." THEY NEVER CALL BACK THIS IS THE 8TH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! In the long run, we ended up spending more than $750 more than we intended on spending on this cross country move. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS MESELY $87 IS RESOLVED. ITS A DAMN JOKE! $87?! F*CK OFF CARID, I hope they business fails... and I've never wished that on anyone or anything. That'll show you how badly I dont want anyone else to go through this type of company!
Order a pair of side steps that stated 5-7 Shipping time. Though I assumed they would be received in that time, turns out they werent shipping until then, meaning I wouldn't get for another week after. I called Car ID and cancelled that order and upgraded to a more expensive pair that were in stock with 24-48 hour shipping time. 4 Days later I got an email that my tracking info was available and the item shipped... however, the only status update I have, 7 days later is that a label was created. Nobody has any idea where my item is, if it shipped, and getting a hold of them is a nightmare. 3 week process over all and I still don't have my side steps. I will never use them again.
Purchased Weather tech floor mats, Driver fit great and the passenger did not. Thought I could live with it but decided for the money I spent it should fit better. Car id wouldn't accept them back because they were past 30 days since purchase. Poor customer service, I own a business and I would have accepted them back knowing that the customer would come back over and over again!
Also I see CARid will most likely reply... they said that they would take the product back if it was new but since it had been used for a month they wouldn't. So let me ask you this, the product DOESN'T FIT, so how you can you resell it if doesn't fit the vehicle it is suppose to... so what does it matter if it's in like new condition!
These guys suck! Customer service is non existent! Purchased step rails for my tundra. After a year they were rusted and falling apart. They have a three year warranty. I've been trying to get them replaced for three months. They keep saying they are on the way... Three months... WTF!
I ordered tires on Feb 12th and I checked my order status today (Feb 20th) and it still said processing. I called customer service and spoke with my sales rep and he said he had been trying to get in contact with me. My phone didn't tell me I had any missed calls or voicemails so I didn't know he had left any messages. (I checked later and he did in fact leave 2 messages). I asked why my tires hadn't shipped and he said that my particular tire was not in stock and that he had 2 other types of tires that I could switch to if I wanted. He changed my order over to Cooper Hercules tires. He said that they were $6 more per tire, but he gave them to me for the same price I paid for the other tires and would have them shipped out same day.
I placed an order on feb 15 they took the money they did not even have a product to send me. The product was discontinued they did not try to call me that's called stealing. The manager was the rude and a total jerk his name was martin work id number was 8712 if he wasn't lying about that too. PLEASE do not shop here save your self a lot of trouble.
I purchased on feb 4th rocker panels for a iroc, they took my money quick enough. On the 11th the day they should arrive i ck the tracking number it tells me it was delivered in another state, so i call to see what the issue. Was advised i had been giving the wrong tracking no. And it should still be on time. Two days later still not part, i call again supervisor says, hes not sure what up but he will ck. Into it and get back to me... two more days later NO WORD from them yet another supervisors assures me he is on top of it and will over night them, will call with new tracking, NO WORD (now this is after hold times of up to NO KIDDING a hour per call. Four supervisors, rude to me as im very upset at this point, i ask to just refund me, where he advises fine (rudely) it will take up to 48 hours! That was the 17th and as of now, still no refund, no part, OH and they are a middle man i called the manufacturer to see about parts, they hadnt been available for over two weeks! If you must use them, go though ebay and paypal at least you have protection there!
This carid.com is a joke. I purchased a dash out that turned into 3 kits I had to purchase and there is still an area that needs to covered and they can't because the kit doesn't exist. I was told that I could ha one custom made. This after I already spent $460 with them and each time I was told the entire dash would be covered. Run from this place and go anywhere else.
Well I ordered a grille insert for my husbands jeep back in January for his birthday on the 27th. I received a grille insert for a Cadillac. I was asked if I wanted to exchange it... really!? So I have been patiently waiting for this birthday gift to arrive. Oh it did today Februaury 17th and it's another Cadillac insert. Apparently someone needs to be taught about parts! Really disappointing! I won't be using this site again
I purchased some air intakes for my nissan 350z, after they didn't fit I tried to return them and it took over a month to hear anything back. After I heard back they said they will put the refund back on to a card I don't have possession of anymore. I told them not to make the refund and they told me it was too late and that I'm now $300 out of luck with "nothing they can do". I have spent over $2,500 with this company and I will not spend another dime. I highly suggest not making your car purchases here.

I purchased a spoiler from them. Started off well but when it arrived parts were missing.
It took 30 days to get the parts. They don't return phone calls. The customer service department says they will respond in 24 hours but they don't. It cant take 24 hours to fix a problem. NASA can go to the moon in 8 hours and 35 minutes. Delivery of my new Car was held up at the dealership for 29 days waiting for the parts. Company does not understand customer service, They are always politically correct with their responses but you still don't get service or your parts.
Think twice if you need parts for a service vehicle from this company; you could make it to the moon and back 85 times before they can supply a template and 4 bolts in 30 days

After ordering a lower spoiler for my camaro, i was told by the professional company installing it, that it did not fit my car and they must have sent me the wrong one. L called CARiD about this matter and the asked me to send them pictures and the VIN #, l did as they asked. A week later they are telling me that because of the amount of time that has passed, there is nothing they can do about it. The supervisor i spoke with let me know that returning it was not an option. So, while i was clarifying that l am stuck with a wrong part that they sent me, he hangs up on me. Now that's good customer service for you.

Wrote a review for another site and ran across this one. The large amount of -ve feedback makes me think I am lucky or they changed their customer service approach.
I recently ordered/recieved and installed some aftermarket window shades for my 2001 Durango. The website had some ridiculous shipping to Alaska. I called the customer service # and spoke to Carlos Guiterrez (*******@carid.com). He was excellent, worked with me on the pricing and shipping to make the overall price a bit more reasonable (understanding that shipping to Alaska is more expensive than lower 48).
If you are considering CarID ask for Carlos (if he is still around?)
Ordered 4 TPMS worth $179 for my car on Monday and got the package on Wednesday. Price was good and shipping was quick. But to my surprise they shipped the wrong parts. They sent me wheel bearing retainer clip worth $12.24. I called the customer service line 4 times and they are always too busy so you have to leave a number and they never call you back. Wouldn't send me the correct part until the part I have is sent back. Piss poor customer service, even got a hold of the manager who was no help... never again. Stay away..."

I should have read reviews on this company prior to ordering. Shame on me. I ordered 3 items to outfit my Jeep Grand Cherokee. All the items were double checked to be in stock and would ship within a few days. This was critical as I was moving and needed the items to protect my Jeep in an urban environment.
Item 1 - Rear bumper guard. Was delivered on time. I was expecting the other items to follow within a few days. When I unwrapped the shrink wrap, the item was clearly a returned item and was scratched. I didn't have time to return. CARiD gave me $10 back. Hardly a compensation for a used item. But then again, they didn't actually handle the product, the manufacturer shipped it directly to me. They never saw it.
Item 2 - Step Up Bars
I got UPS confirmation within a few days, which was good. 7 days later, items still hadn't actually shipped. Once CARiD was able to figure this out for me, they sent them to an address that I told them I was moving away from. Now I have items being delivered to an address I no longer live at. If I wanted to pay UPS to change the delivery address in mid-shipment, I could pay it.
Item 3 - Front Bumper Bully Bar
This item was in stock and confirmed at time of order and original receipt. A couple of days later, I got an email changing delivery date by 2 months. After finally reach customer service through Chat, I had to order different item and ship to my new address. Delivery of this item was confirmed to be in stock as well, only to have the date change by one week also. Delivery of this item is still pending.
The only thing this site has going for it is the price. The sales team will promise you the world, and then not follow up with anything they say. The customer service depart takes no responsibility for anything. Make sure you double check the follow up emails they send you, that will be changing the delivery dates on you. Writing this review was therapeutic for me, if nothing else.
Bottom Line - Buy your goods elsewhere.

Set of visors which came damage waiting on new ones (arrived in about 10 days). Helper shocks never arrived, keep getting run around canceled order after almost a month. Ordered from another company had it in 4 days.
