Ordered a large, convex rearview mirror for my car. Delivery was very quick, but the package was damaged in shipping. The mirror was cracked and unusable. I contacted CARID via e-mail about the problem, and received a reply the same day. CARID filed a claim on my behalf with the shipper, arranged an immediate replacement part/order and gave me crystal clear instructions how the process would go and what I should/should not do until further details were available. Replacement arrived promptly and in perfect condition, my credit card was not charged for the replacement part and I am one happy customer! The entire process was efficient, dignified (no questioning how the package was damaged, etc.) and informative. 5 stars out of 5 stars. Thanks CARID!
I ordered some window visors from them. They sent me, three days later, an email that the item was shipped. NO IT WAS NOT. I clicked on the UPS link and they had only BOUGHT THE SHIPPING LABEL.
This is what they do: buy the label and tell you it's shipped. They DO NOT HAVE the merchandise, they send a 'request' to the manufacturer to send them the merchandise. If they don't get it right off, they don't investigate to see it's even on it's way. 18 days after I placed the order, the items hadn't arrived. I call and they say: we will send you a confirmation email when the item is shipped. (TO WHO? THEM?) AND, THEN, after you get the email, after the 24-48hrs, THEN YOU CAN CANCEL THE ORDER~!
I'm like WTH? You are TELLING ME WHEN *I* can cancel the order?
I told him Cancel it right now and I want the money back on my Credit Card,

I ordered a dome light replacement for my Sprinter van and received one that would not fit. When I called for a return they confirmed that I had infact ordered the correct bulb and that it would work... funny that the factory bulb was 1/4" longer than the replacement. OK, I guess I am wrong? Wait, isn't the customer supposed to be right? :) They processed the return all along insisting that it was the correct bulb and would not refund in full charging me $10 for shipping a bulb that is smaller than my pinky... will not do business again!
Bought custom car mats from these crooks, they were pleasant enough on the phone for the initial purchase, but after I received the wrong color mats, it all went down hill, now they are completely uncooperative, I am going to end up filing a claim with my credit card company, when you buy something online now a days you expect a certain level of professionalism and must feel secure in knowing that problems will be taken care of, that is not the case with this company, I wish I would have read all the bad reviews prior to doing business with them.
Long story short! They sent the wrong seat covers and expect me to authorize another order to get the correct ones here quicker! (another 3~4 weeks). Or they send RA to send wrong ones back, in hand before they place another order for the correct ones.! NO OTHER HELP! This translates to another 4~6 weeks that I have to wait plus the aggravation of the whole mess...
I do not recommend these #&*%'s! If you need to order seat covers, order them directly from the manufactures. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We ordered a Toyota replacement mirror. We followed the instructions, but the mirror was so cheap the glass immediately shattered when it was pressed on in the center, per the instructions. They will not return our money and are stating we ordered the wrong part. The part is cheap!
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are money hungry and will take your money. Don't bother ordering from them. They are over priced and product looks like crap. Also they made my seat covers the WRONG size and they won't exchange them or do anything! So now I have seat covers and no headrest covers since they got the measurements wrong and it doesn't even fit! They don't even care to fix their own mistakes. I could have gotten a much better product for the same price or cheaper and it would have actually fit. I will definitely spread the word not to use your company!
I was shopping around for a full set of oxygen sensors for my E39, and found the best prices on CARiD. Several users on the forums suggested Amazon, but they actually came out about $20 more for the same exact Bosch sensors (even with "free" shipping). This was my first order with CARiD, and I saved about 10%. I will definitely be checking it out the next time I need some car parts.

The eleven dollar and change shipping was a little high and could have been cheaper if you didn't put the 12-1/2-inch X 2-1/2-inch box that the light came in, into another much larger way oversize box that measured 13-inch X 17-inch. I'm sure it was for protection but putting a 2-1/2 inch wide box into a 17-inch wide box was definitely OVERKILL!
I ordered front and rear matts for my vehicle, got 2 rear matts. Followed their explicit return policy and 31 days later they cannot seem to get me an RMA number. Their policy 28-48hours for RMA well, 3 days later still waiting. Right now, I have been sitting on the phone waiting to speak with their customer service person for 45 minutes... still on hold still waiting.
I like the idea of that of a lot of the products they give you clear and precise instructions and how to install these items overall I would say an excellent job
I made the mistake of trying to deal with these people. First of all I ordered some parts from them and talked to their so called customer techs. The web site said "delivery within 24 to 72 hours. That turned into 12 days and was sent incomplete, however before that I canceled the order and they sent it anyway. I have continued to ask for my refund. As of 19 days they still haven't responded even though I have sent the package back to them as they asked. If there is a lesson to be learned I've learned a good one. I'll never buy anything from them as they are not people of integrity or honesty. I've already posted more detail information on facebook to warn any one who'll listen not to buy anything from this fly by night operation. Respectfully submitted, Marion Mendenhall
OREDERED A LIFT KIT, THEY SENT ME WRONG KIT. I RETURNED IT AND NOW ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS AND THEY ARE FIGHTING TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. NO ANSWERS TO WHY EXEPT THEY SAID THEY ARE MISSING ONE PIECE. I CALLED UPS THEY SAID THEY SENT THEM THE MONEY AND THEY STILL WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY WHICH IS OVER $1,000.2 MONTHS NOW 100 PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS AND STILL NOTHING! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Ordered a covering dash from Carid on June 16. They took the money from my bank on June 17. Then Carid sent an E-mail stating shipping date for my item was June 26. When I checked on June 29 was told Carid did not put the order in. Extremely poor operating system at Carid. Now they say shipping will be approx. June 10. A month for an item that should have taken no more then 10 days. Obviously had already paid Carid so will wait for dash cover. Had a whole list of items I was going to order from Carid have now started ordering from another vender due to Carids poor customer service. Buying from any other vender online would have been more then twice as fast. Don't recommend you buy from Carid unless you don't care how long it takes to receive your items. Michael

Extremely pleasant customer service representatives. That's where I stop with good things to say. Ordered a grill guard which obviously is a large/heavy package. Repeatedly processed wrong item. Had to return myself since they would not pick it up. Also ordered wind/rain deflector for my sun roof. Doesn't fit even thought they repeatedly confirmed this was the correct item for my vehicle. Lastly they shipped the grill guard in my father's name. Although we share the same last name, I have absolutely no idea where they got his name from considering he's been deceased for 10 years. I wish -2 was one of the overall rating options.
