When I went to order my truck mats, I already had the parts number and I gave it to the salesperson. He entered the parts number, confirmed that was what I wanted and within 2 minutes order was completed. That"s the way I like doing business, straight to the order and no sale pitches. Great job!
I own 3 vehicles and all after market extras for all 3 of vehicles have come from (CARID). Mirror covers, dashboard covers personalized, splash guards, bug deflectors, window guards, pick-up bed covers, mats, door handle covers, gas cap covers running boards, fender guards, side door trim and numerous other products. Never dissatisfied with any order i ever received. Best of all gift certificate because of being loyal satisfied customer.
Slowww... Took 3 days just to process the credit card. Another 2 weeks for a shipping date. Shipping date was extended further twice. Now they want another week. It will be a month and a half for me to get my order. 45 days. No thank you. You have my money in your bank, while you don't even have the products in stock that youve sold me. So I pay you... You order products. Wait weeks, with constant delays to sell a product you don't even have. I believe that is fraud. This company either uses offshore call centers or non English speaking reps. The chat agents don't even know the language. I don't believe this is a true company. It just takes orders and takes the money, then buys you a product from the manufacturer, who ships it to you. Good gig, but they're not even handle it efficiently what so ever.

Bought PT# spyder BLK-DR94-LED-SM fair price until shipping $13.00, Finally got part in a little over a week went to install and wires were not in the plug of the so called plug and play. Contacted carid my answer was go to a body shop no help from them or spyder.
Spyder does not even list the high mount brake/cargo light on their web site and since it is supposed to be plug and play no instructions.
Carid supposedly easy return policy is a joke no help from customer care just a bunch of BS never ever do business with these people

Had nothing but trouble with this site on a 3200$ suspension order # *******. Multiple Changes to estimated ship dates which have all come and gone. No viable answers from phone calls or chat sessions. They keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours for tracking update. First they said item was in Stock and would ship from Idaho. Then they said they had to contact manufacturer to check on status of shipping. I called Full Traction suspension Co. In Bakersfield 5 hours south of me and they said they are in Stock on the suspension kit. Stop lying to me car ID and SHIP MY KIT. I have been patient and polite. You already sucked 3200$ out of my paypal so do me the courtesy of telling me the truth and ship my kit on time!

Spent $400 on bumper covers that I will never get back. Received them and front one had 6 inch tear in it. Both had paint cracks, dents, and scratches. Made out of cheap, thin fiberglass. The covers weren't even straight. Not to mention I could probably fix the bumpers BEFORE I get a response from their customer service. But they didn't help me out at all anyways.

Recently ordered takes for my truck. The sales associate went above and beyond in order to ensure we got the lowest prices, even price matching which gave me an 80 dollar lower price. My parts arrived early and got me back on the road. Couldn't be happier.

I was promised a full refund including shipping for returning a defective product but that didn't happen. I wrote a review and the company Car ID contacted me via e mail. They investigated the case and I did receive the shipping in my bank account very promptly. This changes the way I feel about them and will do business with them in the future. I usually order parts on line. I decided to call in and my sales Associate was a gentleman named Alex. He was very knowledgeable about products. Also was easy to deal with on all of my order. Needless to say I will call in for now on to order all my parts from Carid and Alex.
Recently was looking for an A/C pump and found it for a good price on Carid. Looked threw to see what the warranty was and did not see it. Contacted the online service and Amanda, tech support, helped me find what I was looking for. She was very quick and very courteous for what I was looking for. I recently found CARiD while shopping for a car top loading rack and Jason answered my call. Now I'm pushing 80 and only marginally computer savvy so there are times when I probably test even a saint's patience... not so with Jacob. During our lengthy (probably too long) conversation he went to great lengths to explain options and, at the end, carefully reaffirm my selections and individual prices. I was (am) particularly impressed that Jacob never, at any point, tried to "sell" me anything, he simply answered my questions and kept track of the optional items I added. He was also a great help with shipping charges. There are at least two more items I will order later and I intend to ask for Jacob (ext. 836) when I do.
