Do not buy from CARID they do not answer and have no one to talk to. I call numerous times and was left on hold for minutes I had to call my bank to cancel transaction. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
I made a $1,100 purchase about a week ago on some rims and tires. Carid stated they were a 100% fitment on the website and on the phone with a sales rep. Three days after making the purchase, I received an email informing me that the rims will not fit after all. They provided two links to some other cheap rims stating I could have these instead. The worst part, carid didnt even figure out my rims wouldn't fit. Konig informed them they wouldnt, when they contacted them. Now im waiting for my refund. Save yourself the time and hassle. Tirerack.com is the way to go.

I ordered a part from them and everything went fine until it came to shipping. The idiot in carids shipping department typed my address wrong and the part was then sent to another house where the people gladly accepted it. On my part the address was typed correctly but they totally messed it up. I began calling and calling and nobody ever answered, emailed and nobody replied. Awful company with idiots in the shipping department. Lost a $100 part.

Tony from carid.com helped me place an order for my car. I was kinda hesitant about placing an order for seat covers for my car for 200$ but Tony assured me that the seat covers would be an exact fit to my car 100 %. He also got me a discount for being a government employee... Awesome customer service

I talked to CARiD and ordered some new rims for my car. I mentionined to the rep that I am military and they worked with me in helping me save money wherever I can. The rep was kind and caring and did a lot to help me in ordering my new wheels for my car.
So far all the products that came are spot on looks amazing and instuctions are well explained. Customer service is also wonderful they will help u out with everything you need.
I have been looking for Seat covers for my 2004 Ford F-150 for several years. Because this is the first year this model came, out not even Ford could get it right. After three attempts with three different companies I kind of gave up hope and resigned myself to having paying a huge price for professional shop to custom make them. Well, one day I saw an ad from CARiD and called. Aaron is who I reached. He was very patient, and informative with me, an old skeptic. He walked me through the process and I ordered a set of covers. I purchased a set of wheels and tires from them and they were mounted and balanced. When they were installed on the truck the truck couldn't be driven over 50 mph. I took it to a tire shop and not a single tire was balanced. After several e-mails with Carid customer service they told me the tires we within spec. When I asked how it could be in spec and not drive over 50 mph without shaking they stopped responding to my e-mails.

I purchased one time by using visa they took my money and they asked for verification number.
I had to go to the bank to get it
I sent the verification to them.
2 days latef they canceled my order
+ they tried to start a new order by taking more money from my visa, but my bank stopped them and blocked they.
When i emailed them, they lied and said they didn't try to do that, and for the cancellation they said because i didn't send the verification code, but i did 2 days before,
I said to them ok i don't want to buy anything but give my money back, they didn't reply to me after that, and i didn't got my money back
Please everyone be careful and don't buy anything from then

Do not purchase anything from this company. If for some reason you need to make a return and get you money back they will make that impossible to do. There are many other online retailers you can deal with that have much better reputations. STAY AWAY

Bought shock and strut set, received 3 on time and the last one was 2 days later and I had to drive 20 miles to pick it up from UPS store. Next purchased set of coil springs Tuesday and had them expedited for Friday so I can have them before Sunday. I received all but one, they called me Thursday after I received package and said the other is being shipped ground and I will have Monday. Had to pay mechanic more.

I have never experienced such poor service from a company. I tried to return some spyder headlights because they did not fit, as well as the LED's were bad. They would not accept them. I also ordered some Fabfour steps from them as well, and they came with deep scratches all over them. No return either. This was close to a thousand dollar order.
Hopefully this company will be taken of the market as a reputable company and people will not purchase anything from them.

Would not recommend CARid. We are on our 4th try to get the correct and non damage wheels. At this point we have 3 good wheels, one scratched and one replacement that does not match the other 3 wheels. Now they are saying that we have to wait for RMA shipping labels before they send the correct 4th wheel. It has taken over three weeks to get to this point and we still do not have a matching 4 wheel set. Do not recommend CARID

Ordered Spyder LED Headlights and when I received them, one had no bulb retainer. Called and was given the usual run around. No refund, part no longer available, there's nothing we can do. Told them them that they had sent me a product that wasn't complete for $240. They told me there was nothing they could do. I'll never buy anything from carid, onyx, or Spyder again.

It was a pleasure to speak to Aziz with some questions about a Hood Scoop for my 2012 WV Beetle. Due to the sloop of the Hood I needed to know if this Part would work. And he pointed out in the Description that it had been made with a slight angle other wise it would not sit Flush [ Flat on Hood].
