The customer service was fantastic! I was not happy with the shipping fee as it was more then 4 of my items individually. My order wasn't small ($425). The company gave an insulting %5 off. Unfortunately and upset I didn't place my order. Once again though Elijune's attention and fast replies were awesome. Overall I'm not happy because I wanted buy from this company.

I found this online company when I was searching for a new (not re-manufactured) replacement for a Chrysler OEM alternator. I was assisted by Beatrice in sales who arranged expedited shipping for me after she double checked me to make sure my order was correct. When I received the alternator I was surprised it was from a great manufacturer I knew well. The alternator came with a two year roadside assistance program! (See photo) I'm very satisfied with every aspect of my dealing with CARiD, Beatrice, and Greg D. I was kind of hesitant about placing an order for seat covers for my car on line, but Danielle assured me that the seat covers would be an exact fit to my Mustang. She also got me a discount for being a retired Vet, with 20 years in the service. Its always better to deal with a person in this tech world we live in now a days. Can't wait till my seat covers arrive I will post another review when they arrive.

I don't believe these dip$#*!s actually engineer anything. CARID claims to have certain products but when you order they scramble to get the product and in my case CAN NOT DELIVER the goods. 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 SEATS never produced because CARID is a fraudulent company. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER CARID! CLOSE The WEBSITE GO TO YOU LOCAL DEALER.
I asked the specialist at CARID if some parts were completely compatible with my vehicle. She assured me that they were and sent me parts that were not and now they are fighting me for a refund with several emails blaming me for their misguidance. I'm out so far around $700 and a lot of time fighting with them.

I ordered a tool box that was listed as having a universal fit. When I received it, it did not fit my truck and had to be returned. It cost me $75.00 to send the product back after they said it had a universal fit.

Great online site to purchase car accessories. I spoked to Ruben and he's very accommodating, courteous and professional.
Accommodating, courteous, professional are what I can say about Bryan Omni. I called because to verify that the items I am buying is a perfect fit, and ended up asking if it was on sale. It wasn't but Bryan quickly offered 17% off total purchase, and he even prepared a link to my cart for me so I can continue shopping and still avail of the discount. Way to go!
I bought a dash kit for an Acura MDX.
# 1 - some pieces didn't fit
#2 - Contrary to the description, there is NO wood in this kit. I's all cheap plastic.
I have spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund on a defective product.
They refuse to accept their responsibility and offer no refund or return "unless the item is unopened and in original condition". So how do you find-out if a product is defective unless you open the box and install it?
This is the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. They lie, and operate in bad faith.

You were also having the fitment issue. The new piece#25 (the cup holder piece) will be shipped to you on the 21st of December. The manufacturer is currently revising its design and will ship the bran new redesigned item.
As for another piece#20 which did not it, it was placed incorrectly. It needs to be installed underneath the round center button.

Since you are offering corrected replacement pieces, you are obviously admitting the product is not right and therefore would have to be installed for the defect to be noticed.
Furthermore, the item being wrong as you admit, it has to be returned to the manufacturer for modification. So either way, installed or not, my product is wrong, and you cannot sell it to another customer, whether installed or not.
When you say the #20 piece should be installed under the center button, you obviously don't know what you are talking about. It absolutely has no place there.
Last but not least - you are not addressing the main issue - the description says REAL wood, when in fact the product has no wood whatsoever.
So I don't care about the replacement pieces.
I will not install this overpriced junk in my car.
When the ad and the description says WOOD, I expect wood, and if it's plastic, I expect a REFUND with no argument.
I will update my revue and I WILL get a refund, one way or another.
BTW - don't believe the "good" reviews - they are obvious fakes.

I have nothing but good to say about this company. Everyone is helpful and service is prompt. Website very easy to use and everyone I have spoken to are wonderful!
I called and placed my order with direct part numbers. Revival was 3 days and they had it wrong. I called back and Danielle handled the exchange with no problem on her end. Said there would be no charge for exchange but company took money out of customers bank account anyways from first purchase. Stayed on phone several hrs on hold but they stated money would be put back on account. Moral of story, Danielle did great but accounting department needs to read notes and answer phones more promptly!

Connor at carid was able to work with me on pricing because I was upset over the delivery fee that came in at the end. It showed free delivery until I was checking out. Connor discounted my purchase to make more affordable
Oredered a set of Rims. One turned out to be bent before it was placed on vehicle. Notified Carid and was told to return it and company agreed to take it back under warranty. So, I sent it back and CARid said they tested the wheel and it passed there test. I had taken my own video jumping on the balance machine. Carid said it was within Industry Standards. CRAZY! A bent rim is a bent rim. They tried to charge me not only for the new rim they sent me, but for the bent one. I disputed with credit card company. They entrap you to send it back stating it was under warranty and when they get it change the game and charge for a new and the old rim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!

Purchased fender trim on Oct 10th, 2016. It was suppose to be shipped within 3 business days. Their website said in stock. First i received an email stating that the order was in complete, which was in correct. Then I received a tracking number for an order that ended up in Texas. I live in Canada. Today is November 28th, *******. Still haven't received my purchase. Yes that is right. The item is paid for. If the item isn't in stock the customer should be told this before given the option to buy it. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced while buying anything on line. Purchase at own risk. I will never buy anything again from Carid.
