Very frustrating experience. Got incorrect parts and having great difficulty trying to return. They want me to pay again and reimburse me when they get the old parts which they can't seen to send me return authorization for. I never heard of this in 34 years buying parts for our shop. No one at CARiD seems to care about my problem as 9 emails and 11 phone calls haven't resolved this situation. I'm going to do a blast and stop payment on cc if it isn't resolved soon.
Kristy was very helpful in getting me my part ordered and had no issues worthing with her to receive a military discount. Would greatly recommend to anyone looking for vehicle parts!

I ordered a front bumper from CarID. After a couple weeks of not having any shipping updates, I finally emailed them. I got an email back saying someone would update me within 48 hours. 2 days later and no email back, but my package finally arrived. The box seemed beat up when I received it, so I opened it up to glance at it, but the delivery driver insisted I must sign the release paper to take and inspect the box, so I did. By the time I helped him carry it up my driveway, inspected it, and saw the mass amount of damage, the driver was gone. Not only was there damage that obviously happened in the shipping, but there are chips missing out of the carbon fiber bumper that were sloppily painted over to try to cover. The customer service supervisor was no help whatsoever, and didn't even have the right information about the shipping company. Now i have a $400 piece of trash sitting in my living room because they now won't accept a return

Customer serviceis the worst I place oder on Monday the price w2as on the high size. I was purchasing slotted rotors and brake $473.00. I found the same set at CARPART.com for a $100.00 less. I cancel my order with CARID onTuesday the item has not been shippe3d they told they cancel my order. They lied to me and shipped the order I canceled anyway. Don't trust this company!

Worried with the rep. Appreciated the information and easy link to assure I purchased the part we needed. Didn't expect the cost of the bulb to be that high and the shipping to be that expensive for regular shipping a light bulb. Ridiculous.
This company will take care of you even when you are not playing 100% by the rules. They went out of there way to assist me in something they could have just said "sorry"!

I'm not going to lie, a lot of these Aftermarket Online parts stores generally have $#*!ty service but the service that was provided by one of the AutoParts Specialists named 'Winfield' was one of the best customer interactions i have ever had when trying to solve one of my Engine problems...

I ordered a Husky storage for my 2017 Silverado Crew Cab from Jorgio and ask him if I could get any discount and right off the bat told me the discount which I happily accepted. Thanks Jorgio.
I ordered set of wheels and tires. Received a call 10 min later saying they didnt have the tires I ordered with the wheels. I said " give me the next better set. Joseph (customer rep) said they only have lesser grade availble. Of the 4 choices i had for tires, they would only offer me the lesser grade. I asked to cancel whole ordet. Joseph then told me it was too late and i was stuck with the wheels. I asked to speak to manager after giving Joseph a few explitives. Manager did nothing.
Now a year later I damaged a wheel. I ordered a replacement wheel from," Carid" (unfortunately couldnt find anywhere else), and was bent out of the box! Tire shop tried to balance the bent wheel but couldnt. Shall I attempt to call and resolve this? Not! Why would I go through all their BS excuses why they wont help me, again! Lesson... put wheel on balance machine before tire is mounted. Carid sells junk! Factory wheels goin back on.

Was one of my best experiences with customer service for any online site.
I am writing this review in regards to Frank Boyle. I had some questions about some wheels and tires that I will be ordering in the future through CARid. Frank was amazing and answered all of my stupid?'s with ease. I even sent him an email the next day with an additional question about TPMS sensors for my car and he replied in a very timely manner. I recommend Frank Boyle if you call into CARid with wheels and tires questions.

CariD was great to me! I have placed two orders with them. The first order was the stop tech street drilled and slotted break kit (front and rear) and I just placed my second which was a magna flow touring series exhaust system and a new driver side front fender for my 2005 Audi s4. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
