Had a few questions about what would be the perfect hood for my 2012 wrx sti. I knew what style I wanted but the picture on the site didn't really give me a very good visual. I placed a phone call to the 1800 number and spoke to victor who sent me pictures of three different hoods directly to my email at three different angles to help with my decision. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. My only issues is I wish they did some kinda military discount with purchasing certain items.
Connor was a great person to deal with. Answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to order more parts from this company

Was trying to find a matching dash piece for my 2001 Expedition, and wound up talking to Lisa B., at CARiD. I had been on the phone at a couple of places and having no luck. Lisa took the time to understand what I was looking for, and even called the manufacturer while I was on the phone to find pricing and availability. All this, within about 15 minutes. I had spent an hour with others before that, with no success. Kudos to Lisa B.
I had ordered an item and it did not fit, made a phone call and 2 days later I received my return tags. Just as I was told, so far so good. Alice was very professional and was quick into resolving my issue, contacting the manufacturer of this product to verify whether it would fit or not. Thank you Alice for all that you did.

In my online review rant... I neglected to mention that you originally sent me the wrong part back in November '16. It took me close to a week to get you to send out the correct part that I ordered. That was a headache I forgot to mention. It's been all downhill from there.
I do appreciate your prompt response. I already heard from one of your "Voice(s) of Client team members." Irina was her name. She did NOTHING to ease this intense frustration. I am going on day 5 without my car, with several more days guaranteed without a car. I have lose 1000's of dollars in lost wages, mechanic labor fees, rental car costs, hassle, etc.
I begged your representative (Mark) the day this all first happened (Monday, January 23) to please let me purchase a new replacement for the defective part you sold me and then, when I return the defective part, you could just refund my money." He said, "That's not the way this particular warranty works."
I begged him to please send me the replacement part (so I could get my car back on the road) and then I would send back your defective part. He said, "That's not the way this particular warranty works."
And then... after 5 days of hearing nothing more... I receive an email this morning saying nothing will be done until you receive your defective part back. So... you're asking me to have my mechanic put my car up on his lift and remove your defective part so I can send it back. My car would then be stuck up on his lift... therefore prohibiting him from working on any other cars... while you think about processing this request? It has been one long struggle to get you to do the right thing. Every proposal I've given has been met with resistance. I've never dealt with a company who seems to intent on fighting the customer at every turn. Please note... I have instructed my mechanic to purchase a new part somewhere else and immediately do the work. I WILL absolutely return your defective part, but let it be very clear that I DO NOT WANT A NEW PART FROM YOU. I am accepting, and cutting, my losses here. I will accept this as a learning experience.
I was torn by the reviews, half really liked carid and half did not? I made my first purchase here, last year, with no shipping problems- parts sat in a box till I made my most recent purchase, where they would be installed together. I was a little nervous about all parts fitting but all went well. On time shipping ( I was in no hurry) correct parts the first time and an easy to navigate web site. There was one issue with tires I ordered and Chris called to work out what ended up being an easy fix. Professional and knowledgeable- I will definitely order products in the future
A horrible nightmare. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with an online business. Bought wheel bearing hub assembly set in late Nov '16 to replace mine. 7 weeks later, the part was defective + I nearly died while driving. I contacted CariD immediately for a refund. They wouldn't give a refund... but offered the potential for a replacement. After 5 days of hearing NOTHING from them, they then wanted me to have my mechanic remove the defective part... send it to them + then wait for their processing. My mechanic couldn't do this because my car would then have to be stuck on his lift.
So, in the end, it would've been close to 2 weeks without my car, $1000 in rental car costs + $200 more in mechanic labor fee's... all because they scammed me with a DEFECTIVE PART!
I ended up ordering the part from the dealer + taking the $300+ loss... because I could never trust this company with my safety on the road. I feel like it was a complete scam.
Probably my fault for not checking reviews before I dealt with them. 60% of their reviews sound just like my experience.

I have order several car item from Cari and Bruce was the rep assisting me on both occasions. Awesome customer service. Items have given my Jeep new life. I have been getting multiple complements and have told all to shop at Carid. Great products but most importantly, great customer service.
I have made a few orders now and discovered that it pays off to double check. Even though the CARiD website is easy to navigate, I like to use the chat feature just to make sure that I am ordering the right parts. My last order was some custom floor mats for my crew cab truck. Kristy was the associate that was helping me. I can only imagine how much experience it takes in this industry to navigate your way through a fitment guide within a certain amount of time as to not keep your customer waiting, thus keeping them happy. Twice I've ordered parts at CarID.com... and both times they were 'out' when the site showed 10 of one and 1 of the other. Customer service was very good... refund on parts were issued quickly... but cost me 1046. 00 in rental car fees due to part being 'out' even after salesman 'inspected part' to insure it was the correct model.
My order was *******... I have been dealing with this for 4 days... I am happy to return the parts... I have the labels to do so... but as I have told everyone at carid... one of the pieces is damaged because I started installing before I realized that 4 of the pieces were the were wrong.
This is the second kit I have installed so I really had no need to dryfit everything prior to installing.
All I want is a replacement kit or my money and shipping costs refunded.

I recently purchased 2 calipers for my "98 Buick Century. When comparing prices, I noticed that the other sites were about the same price and mostly more, but they did not include the bracket and slide pins. Obviously, CarID had the best value. Free Shipping was a bonus!
I had to contact CarID because there was a core charge for the calipers and I was concerned that the return postage was going to negate any savings. Monica asked for my Zip Code and the part #'s for the calipers and she updated my cart to include the $9.95 for 2 shipping return labels for the core. When you consider 1 caliper bracket goes for $9.95 and the other sites charged as much for shipping each way, I still got a good value. This is not my first purchase from CarID, nor will it be my last. Thank you for providing discount auto parts.
1 is being generous. They said that the led lights are fully compatible and they are not. They tell me I have to go to a dealer and disconnect my drl for them to work. Which they don't tell you when you buy them. And once you install them there is no refunds. They said they'll give me $30 BACK ON $350 LIGHTS. Worst service ever.

I want to let consumers know how smooth, polite, and easy it was to purchase my new truck bed mat from CARiD. It was very affordable and great quality.
