After placing my wheel and tire order online and received my order confirmation. I was surpriced that the estimated ship date is February 14,2017. If I knew that they didn't have the wheel in stock, I would have purchase a wheel and tire at my local tire shop because my rear tire is badly worn out and need to be replace asap. I am now worried that I will not get my wheel and tire soon enough because most of the people that order wheel & Tire from CARID has bad experience. I am too anxious now to see if my wheel & tire will be ship at the estimated ship date. I really hope that I will not be another customer with a bad experience with them.

I was having difficulty finding the correct size front brakes for my 05 Legacy GT sedan. The first set I ordered from Amazon turned out to be incorrect even though their garage filter stated they would. The problem is that this model came with three different rotor sizes, 276mm, 293mm and the big 316mm. My car required the 316's and nobody had them except CARiD. With the help of Victor I was able to not only select the best style for my type of driving, he also helped me locate a matching pair of pads and a rear set for when the time comes. Victor's help didn't just close one sale it created a second sale in the future and for that I'll be doing my business with CARiD. Thanks guys!

Going through this company especially talking to Aziz. I tried to get a Borla adapter pipe somewhere else but found out that it was back ordered. So I called Carid and Aziz made sure they had what I needed and made sure it was in stock. Also the linked I clicked for Carid said free shipping on the order and then come to find out I was going to be charged $14 for shipping, but Aziz fixed that too.
I purchased a set of wheels, only to get an email almost 2 weeks later saying my order has been canceled. I called asking why and nobody could give me an answer. Here I am waiting on my wheels to arrive any day now just to find it has been canceled. Whatever right? We figured it out and went ahead with the order. I finally got my wheels in almost 15 days later! I could finally install my lift, but one problem. They didn't even drill the holes in the wheel right, not once but twice! Then he tried to tell me its because I gave him the wrong truck model (although the truck I gave him was wrote on the receipt I received with the wheels.) After doing this two times, plus the cancelation, I refuse to do business with them again and just asked for a refund and Joe, who was extremely rude about the situation and said its my fault, refuses to refund the money and let me buy from a different company

This is not the first time I order something from CARiD. This time I need just one rim. I called and talked to Chad who is not even work in the wheel/ tire department. He helped me to get what I need. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to search for what I need. And he made sure that was I really want by sending me a photo of the rim. He was quite patient emailing me the pic until I got it. It was not just the service but the price was also great. I can't wait to get my new rim. Thanks Chad!
I needed a new head light assembly for my car. I had someone from Carid help me place the order. I gave her my vin #. The parts arrived 2 days later which was awesome. I had them installed and realized that I was missing a stabilizer which I did not know was needed.The carid agent accidentally ordered me the wrong part. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue and get the correct parts. The first person I talk to was helpful but rude. She did not care that I was out the installation money. I had to speak with someone else who seems to understand my frustration on having to pay 2 installation fees which was not my fault. Once again it was human error by someone who claimed to know how to order car parts based on a vin #. Long story short Carid sent me the new parts which arrived 2 days later. I did get credit for part of the installation fee. I think I was most upset by the time it took to resolve the issue and have someone from that company care enough to give me credit towards another purchase. All in all I got the new parts and they are being installed today. Hopefully they work correctly this time.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
