I have heard of CARiD before but had a chance to buy from them. I was lead to their site due to a discussion in a forum which mentioned they have good prices. I went to their site and used their chat function to inquire about the item I was interested in. I go to talk to Amanda who provided excellent service which led me to buy - I was just browsing first. I will surely check with CARiD in the future.
II recently attempted to make another purchase from CARID.COM. Unfortunately the website was giving me a little trouble with promotional prices and adding a gift card to the sale. I called and got Giovanni as my CSR. He was able to find the part I needed and add the gift card to the sale all within a minute. Quick, easy and knowledgeable. 5 STARS!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I called asking for some rims options for my project truck (a 96' Chevy K3500) and the customer sales rep guided to some fuel rims that "would fit my truck" so I ordered them based on his guarantee they would fit my truck. It has taken me a while to get my project truck back together and I tried to install them today and they don't fit, not even close. They have a +1 offset and I need at least and -20 offset. I just got off the phone with Justin and he said because of the lapsed time, no matter if his guy sold me the wrong product that he wasn't going to fix their mistake and there was nothing he was going to do about it. RIDICULOUS! I will never buy any more parts for my trucks from here ever again! Do yourself a favor and order from someone who cares!
It's great ethical business and certainly knew how to satisfied my desirable dream. Those employees did a hell job to work hard with my negotiation of best deal. I clapped their earn of hardest work. I really appreciate their best work.
First I'd like to say that if I could choose zero stars I would. The service and follow up that I have received since contacting CARid has been terrible. The problem stems from a $900 product that was sent without all of the components. It has been two weeks since I have contacted CARid about the problem and the only follow up that I have had has been is when initiated it. The customer service is the worst I have ever received after a sale. CARid has put the problem back on the manufacturer and will not refund or replace the other product.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
