I've been back and forth via email for two weeks after receiving my floor mats that don't seem to fit quite right. CarID couldn't answer any questions for me about the fit and had to contact the manufacturer, come back and ask for my vin, make me wait another week after telling me I would have a response in 24-48 hours, etc.
Now, they are finally admitting that they have sent the incorrect mats but I am the one who has to take the punishment for their mistake because of some silly policy that only gives me two options to have the mats replaced with the correct ones: 1. I have to destroy the current mats by cutting them up and sending pictures and trust that they will actually get me replacements in a timely manner, or 2. I have to front the money for the replacements with a hold on my credit card and send them the evidence that the old ones have been destroyed after the new ones arrive to have the hold removed. I'm not trusting either of these options after everything I've read about the shady customer service here. I don't know what they think I could possibly do with these poorly fitting mats but I can't think of any possibility that justifies them treating me like this. They should just be jumping all over correcting their mistake, not making life more difficult for me. I own a Transportation company and my vehicle would get disgusting if I destroyed the mats and went without waiting for new ones to come and my small business can't wait for some credit card hold to go away with how slowly these guys operate. They suck for not working with me to make this right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Other companies carry the same manufacturers products.
We spent $500 for running boards for our truck. They were horribly damaged during shipping and we contacted the company numerous times. The response is always that they will send us new ones when the old ones are picked up. 3 weeks later, we have sent multiple emails and called several times and NO ONE has responded. We still have the damaged boards and this company has basically pocketed our money! This is the worst experience we've had in a long time! We will be contacting the BBB and see where to go from here!

Received the wrong item after a very long delay in shipping. It was listed as in stock but was not. The part didn't wire up correctly like the picture. Customer service wanted to argue with me that it was the right item that the picture was wrong. I told them the picture was exactly the part I needed. I finally gave up and asked for a refund.

Getting ready to get them with fruad they took my order I waited a week for a tracking number called every three days and was told I'd have it the next day until the 4th phone call then they said it was on backorder to the 20th then I call the 23rd and they said it's still in customs it be another week so I asked for a refund and they refund half of my money still haven't got the other half making a phone call to the bank next

Ordered 4 tires, never got a ship date, 5 days went by, sent emails to customer service, reply gave me an "approximate" ship date, called customer service to cancel the order, put on hold 15 minutes, when rep came back they told me they were on the other line with the "manufacturer" and they would be shipping the tires tomorrow, so I can't cancel the order. I then asked for a tracking # service rep said No we don't have one.As a 20 year employee of the world's largest overnight air cargo company I know well that- No tracking number means hasn't shipped, still in warehouse order can still be cancelled, so there's where Carid's Lie can be applied. I told the rep if I didn't have a tracking # by 5 pm the next day, I will be disputing charges through my bank for non receipt of order, they didn't seem to mind. Next day came, no tracking # or any update from carid so I called the bank and made my claim. Terrible dishonest customer service, from the usual overseas call center we all cringe at dealing with! Stay Away from this company.

Delivery date was posted. Didn't happen. I had to called them to find out what was going on. I felt like I was being spoken to like a child, " let's just wait until everything gets here and we send you your shipping notice". The second delivery date passed and I sent an email stating I was disappointed in the service. Got an email a couple of days later stating rims and tires had shipped. They were delivered two hours after the email. Get everything mounted and I have a flat valve stem leaking at the rim. Now one of the tire pressure sensors is malfunctioning. So I made a claim on warranty. After 3 days I am told they need pictures. I spent darn near 2 k, I have no faith in this company and will never use them again. I can't even get a bloody phone call from them. One more train wreck on this purchase and I will call my credit card company. Epic fail...

This place is very helpful, they were able to do a price match with one on their competitors. The person that was on the phone with me helped me out very quickly. This online store is also a Google Trusted store so if anything goes wrong, Google will help you out sorting out any problems if CarID wont help, but it seams like CarID is a very trusted store so i don't think you would need to involve Google.
At first, I had received great customer service. Presently, I have to warn all potential customers to completely avoid this business. After trying to return my $500.00 Bushwhacker wheel flares that came scratched out of the box and did NOT fit my vehicle, this company foot dragged on my return, e mailed return paperwork that would NOT allow it to be copied by my p. C. and printer. These people did everything in their power to NOT allow me to return a part. These parts were photographed and documented, pictures were sent directly to Bushwhacker, who also agreed! I urge and warn all potential customers, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE A-HOLES. Their service was so reprehensible that I'm next calling the N. J. State board of consumer affairs AND lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
This is the real deal, customer service is excellent, great selection of parts, and customer service makes sure your stuff fits before you purchase. Great job guys

I had to return an item that required me to call in to customer service. After being on hold for about 12 minutes, the customer service agent suggested that I just receive a credit on the account toward a future purchase. I refused the offer and then was told that in addition to paying shipping costs for the return, I would have to pay for a $7.50 processing fee. The return labels would take 6-7 days to receive in email and then upon shipping the product back to the retailer, it would take up to 4-8 hours to process. However the refund would not show up on the card for 2-3 days since it has to be further authorized for payment.
All in all, if somene orders a product from this company and wants to return it, they will have been out double shipping charges and also the processing fee. Considering this entity has an overwhelming number of negative reviews, a person is taking a big risk ordering anything from CARID.COM. Caveat emptor!

I needed a right front door actuator for my ford explorer sport trac. Keep in mind I am as dumb as a rock when it comes to these things. I found CARiD online and called. I spoke with Winfield. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he took my information and looked up the correct part for me and also expedited the shipping so I could get my part in two days. In time for my mechanic to install it.
I have told my friends about CARiD and will be a repeat customer for life.

The order went smoothly, I would have liked a little more off what I bought seeing how it was almost $5700. Phone call very quick and to the point.
I ordered rims and tires February 10 and then got an email the same time they should have been delivered that they would be delayed. I tried to cancel and couldn't because they were already shipped by the manufacturer. Now they want to give me a $75 credit back on card and a $25 gift card, REALLY, for the delay. There is no way I am ordering from these people again. There is still no guarantee I will have them on time so now I am stuck with the order. Second time I order and second time delayed. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
