I have called to check on other items I have purchased and everyone is very helpful. They search for the items and Verfi the product is the correct part for the vehicle
I wanted to purchase some lowering springs for my 2013 GS 350. I went to CariD to purchase them and the system stated that the ones I would purchase RS*R would need additional welding. Question? Why would you need additional welding for springs? Let me call CariD and I got Ryan on the phone. Ryan and I talked and I told him my dilema with regards to finding the right springs. Ryan was also perplexed by the springs that were suggested for my vehicle. Ryan asked me to hold and he did some research himself and he came up empty handed. Finally, Ryan stated I will have to put you on hold again. I stated no problem, Ryan later returned with the answer I/we needed. He was able to contact the reps at RS*R springs for more clarification and he then came back with the lowering spring model number and he had already entered them in my shopping cart. I only needed to put my credit information and my springs were on the way. My lowering springs are being delivered tomorrow. I order them on Friday and they are being delivered on Tuesday.

I found their website very confusing and so spent quite a bit of time on chat with her and she took her time as much time as I needed to make sure it was right.
The staff there is the most knowledgeable in the business. From older vehicles to newer ones they have the staff with the knowledge to get you the right parts fast.
If I could give it a -4 stars I would. Very very slow at everything, bought a part 10 days ago and they still cant tell me if it will ship. Tried to cancel the order to buy same item on Amazon and spent a half hour on the phone just to cancel. The hold music mocks you about how slow they are. I work in distribution and not sure how this company stays in business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was looking for some mustang headlights and my order was taken and given a discount. My shipment as opposed to be here this Thursday which is only four days after I ordered. Very good service
This company takes their sweet time on handling issues with their customers. I have been trying for a month now to get a refund on some defective window visors I purchased and still am in the process of trying to receive my money back. On top of that issue, every time I call their customer service line it takes about 45 minutes each call! This company is no good. Definitely would no recommend to anyone.

I ordered a hood for my challenger took about 2 weeks to get and it ended up broken and some cracks on it also the quality wasn't really perfect made had big gaps. Called them the first day I got it they told they can only discount 50 bucks, and I had to take it to a professional shop where they can send it down and make it fit in right. How bad the hood was I had to throw it away, even if I installed it It the hood would've came flying off because how bad the quality was. Not cool at all.
I have yet to find an online store such as CarID, they never dissapoint. I have purchased various items through them and it has always been a smooth and quick process. Every time I have dealt with a representative they have been nothing but courteous and professional. Keep it up CarID and I without a doubt, will continue being a loyal customer!

I recently ordered a duraflex front grill for my genesis. Once received I took it out of the box, and it wasn't cut straight, had gashes taken out of it, as well as places where it looked to have patched. I contacted CarID, and was supposed to receive a refund. After 48 hours I reached out to them again asking about the refund, when I received the response I was floored. They told me they spoke with the manufacture and the grill isn't defective, and that it needed to be professionally installed. What the heck? I took it by our local shop and was told that clearly the item is defective, and that it they sand down the places that are damaged, it would no longer fit.

I gave them a 1 star only because I couldn't give them a 0. I ordered parts they came they were broken. Called them up send them back and with 2 business days the other parts will be shipped out. Is was over 10 business days till they shipped then they took twice as long to get here as they said and those parts were broken. Sending the parts back getting a full refund and never doing business with them again. Two months have passed since i ordered the first and I still don't have any parts to fix my vehicle. Very disgusted. And very poor on the companies end

Bought LED headlights with 5 year warranty. High beam went out in 4 months. They would not ship a new one after many pictures showing it was out. I had to place a new order then show proof I had destroyed both even the good one. I will not be surprised after all of that if they do not issue the credit. Buy from someone else! Their policies are rediculous. I found out I paid twice what I should have and then have to go through all this crap!

Purchased over 4K in aftermarket parts. My shop had trouble installing head lights and waited on hold for over an hour. I called in for a return. Sales picked up the phone in 30sec. Support!? Still on hold... I think it's been 2 days now. If you want to save 5 bucks go for it. CARID is the ticket. If your time is worth more than $20 and hour stay far far away! Would use a local after market shop moving forward.
