This was my first order with carid and it was a great experience, from the product selection to the customers service. I received my order on time and as described. I made a call to customer service after receiving my order about installation and was greated by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member named Yoselyn whom took the time to address my concern. She was patient and thorough. She made my experience a great one.
I had a handful of coupons I was looking to use on carID, and none of them were really working. Therefore I call the website and Bruce picked up the phone. I'm so glad he did because he was able to help me get the price lower on my order. I will definitely be coming back to CarID for future purchases.
Annie is terrible, I have been waiting for a call back/ email back. My hood came in warped and the measurements were off. Sent pictures and everything needed and requested. She has been avoiding my calls/ emails for weeks now. When she did actually talk to me I received a run around. This company has the worst service I've seen. A simple refund is all I asked or full credit towards another hood. At this point, I just want my money back. This has been on going since early February.
Call ahead to see if they had a part in stock told me they did process my order cashed me out for my order and then called me back about a week later to tell me the item is not in stock and that it's on backorder...

I called to ask questions about a set of rims. Ashley informed me that she would she would have to call the manufacturer in order to get the right answers, and that she would call me on Monday. To my surprise, when Monday came, Ashley did follow thru. Ashley is a asset to your company!

It was the best and the sale person Rekha's was the best. I will keep shopping with them. Now I know u can order your on part at cheat price and not let the mechanic take u for your money. And the person was very helpful and very nice on the phone and took her time out to help me.
I purchased some LED headlight bulbs and after a few days I was notified they were on backorder. I called Carlos and he immediately got with a supervisor and sent me a higher priced kit as a replacement. Great customer service and now I will use CARID for all of my purchases
Contacted CarID in regards to purchasing a Hurculiner truck bed lined kit. This product is quite hard to get due to shipping restraints or extremely expensive to ship. Went to CarID and opened a chat and quickly got all the info I needed and a discount code that saved me a few bucks. The operator was quick to answer my questions and it was nice it was not an automated response.
Not my first order and will not be my last.

Frank helped me. A very personable and seemingly knowledgeable guy. "Everything you want is in stock and should be on a truck to you on Tuesday. Wednesday at the latest.". Then come the email confirmation showing expected shipping one week later. I waited. A week later when nothing was happening I called. I was given an apology and excuses. And once again promised a lie. A few days later when I had enough and tried to cancel, I got avoided over and over again. I guess their phone system had problems. Before starting a second day of calling I was finally emailed tracking numbers. I have yet to see what I was actually shipped. But at this point I have little hope.

Ordered a set of wheels for dodge 2500 received wrong ines and the company would not work with me at all said that's what I ordered and told me to read their policy and I would understand. That's bull $#*!! Where I come from the customer comes first and if they ain't happy the company isn't either but not this one. Just beware of this dealer. Once u order u are stuck with them no matter what. I give them a boot up the $#*! if u could!
Ordered a set of tires and rims. My order was place on 01/30/2017. Today is 03/15/2017 and still nothing. I keep getting emails about the rims being on back ordered and that its not their fault. I was also told that its the manufactures fault. When I placed my ordered it showed all items were in stock. LIES LIES. Its been weeks now. Last week when I emailed them and asked about my delivery they said the tires that I ordered the DOT# was out of the date. I honestly think its just an excuse that they are using to hold up my order. I was given a new delivery date of 03/31/17. Lets see probably next week I will receive another notification that my rims and tires are delayed again. If you want to save yourself all this frustration I am feeling right now just skip CARid.com

I hope everyone has a helpful, polite and we spoken guy or girl to help them with their parts order. I was able to get parts for my 1954 oldsmobile 88, witch can be hard to find or over priced. I was able to order the parts I needed at a reasonable price, glad I called!
Quick and fact customer service and my product iz on the way. Called back the next day two order another part for my Yukon Denali and same thing excellent service and all parts should arrive at the same time
They advertise that they have parts in stock when they are not in stock. When we called in to check on the order, they said the race car seats would be on backorder for 4-6 weeks. We told them to cancel the order. The refund never showed up. Called customer service and waited 20 minutes to be told that the order was never cancelled and that it would be 2 days before a refund could be processed. This company is poorly run and customer service is awful. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered parts on the 3/8/17 today is 3/14/17 still no parts (was told 3 business days), I called Carid and was told it was the vendors fault, Come to find out after waiting 2 business days and waiting on the phone for half hour, They processed the order that morning, I checked my email and sure enough it read processed, but still no package i will no longer order parts from carid, and I will not recommend them either.
