Was looking at some interior kits to spruce up my car, was not sure on exact kit so decided to chat online with customer service and I got Amanda which was knowledgeable and fast to respond to my questions at times she would give me answers before I would get to ask or as I was asking them, she went up and above to help me out and get me the info I needed and even sent me an email ready with my order to do click and order. I purchased wheel skins for my 2012 Silverado all but one would go onto the rims. Assuming it was a problem with the rim I spent the money and purchased a new one from GM. Still had the same issue. I spoke with a local dealership who installs CCI wheel skins all the time and they told me that they have the same issues and all you can do is buy four more wheel skins. CARiD did nothing to help me out and I have given them photo's and even offered a copy of the invoice to prove that it was a GM OEM rim they still keep giving me the run around on this. It's been and entire month so i've decided to contact the manufacturer myself and get this resolved. I doubt anything will happen but its worth a try. Being a professional automotive technician and having witnessed for myself I can assure you that all of the products they sell are $#*! and their customer service is $#*!. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR MONEY!
Any of the reviews that say the CARiD service was good. Are not REAL. Call the CARiD support number and select cancel your order or help with an order that already shipped, make note of the time you called. Then come back here and post how long you waited on hold. I called 4 times and is was 20 minutes each time. I still do not have my order from 03/08. Looks to me like lots of fake poster here paid by CARiD to falsely promote them.

Order two sets of wheels.
One came with the wrong size bolts when it was guaranteed fitment
One came totally without bolts and locks and are supposed to come 4 days later.
Noelle addressed all of my concerns and made it a smooth and easy transaction. My order was shipped very fast.
Great customer service. Worked really well with me and very helpful. The wheels and tires I ordered took over a month to get to me. Way to long in my opinion. Almost cancelled because of how long it took. That's really my only complaint.
I spoke by phone to The manufacturer for the item i purchased, who agreed, after looking at photos, that the item i purchased was defective and said that a refund would be issued... through CARiD. I have tried numerous time to get CARiD to give me my refund and all i keep getting is "we will have this matter settled within 48 hours" IT HAS BEEN 30 DAYS! STILL NO REFUND FROM CARiD. STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY
Bought Clear Protector Custom Fit Floor Mats by Lloyd® Items were as described and good fit for the car. They have the new plastic odor that seems to be clearing out!
Ive had doubts in buying items on this website but after i contacted and clear them i purchased what i was looking for. Great customer service. I wont hesitate to buy once again.
Ruben took the time out of his shift to not only personally look up each part item we had questions on, but he also heard what we were looking for and helped us by suggesting parts as well. He was very kind and courteous and helpful. I highly recommend his service to anyone.
If you have a lot of money, are in no hurry to get your parts, like to sit on hold for hours on end, and like to receive horrible customer service than this is your place.
***Update - After receiving a response from CarID. Here is what my response was and the experience you will have dealing with them.

2/27/17 - Ordered hood
3/1/17 - told of delay but would be here on the 3rd
3/5/17- part of order arrived but slip said order complete - shipping weight 2 lbs. We did chat with customer service and were told we were correct that there was a problem (duh). We were also told that we would hear back in 24 hours. Did not!
3/10/17 -We called again, each time sitting on hold forever. Then we were told you DIDN'T have it after all and could order one. We cancelled.
3/13/17 - We receive a call that says, you found one and would ship it immediately with a 10% discount because of all the trouble. We reluctantly agree.
3/14/17 - discount credited to our bank
3/20/17 - No information received about shipment, no email or call. So we call you, sit on hold for an hour, and no one knows anything. The notes say it shipped, according to the guy on the phone. He will find out and someone will call us within 48 business hours.
3/23/17 - Got a call saying there are none in stock what do we want to do from Mary. When we told her that we were done dealing with this, cancel the order. She then hung up on us. LITERALLY HUNG UP THE PHONE!
Now we are waiting on our money. Can you fix that?

Lousy fit hood! Bows upward on both sides & in front. They would not accept a return. Cool looking until you install it then WOW not even close. Poor construction in the front where the air induction is. So bad you can move it up & down with your index finger. Stay clear of this company!
