I ordered a custom steering wheel for my pick-up. Once I received it I wasn't happy with the color matching. I give credit to the customer service because they were willing to go out of there way in order to make me satisfied. The only complaint I have is the wait times when you call in are ridiculously long.
I've ordered items in the past & the Representatives have spoken with aren't the best but this time Lisa was not like the others she knew what I was talking about and she gave me a discount on the item I wanted so not bad will definitely order again from CARiD.
I have bought products from this company on multiple occasions and never worried about the outcome. Products are just as described and quality matches their prices. I will continue to support them as they continue to support the market with a wide range of products that they offer.
Terrible customer service and they charge at least $10 on every item even if you buy them together so you end up paying $40-$50.
Had some issues with one of the parts I ordered that was defective and then had to return some headlights that I was not fond of upon arrival. Customer Service has been very helpful in the process of the return and the exchange. Would recommend.
Customer service is worthless. All they say is wait 24-48 hours for the manufacture's response. A month later no item, they refuse to cancel my order, and told me to wait 10 business days for an update. Yeah right! I HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH! They won't get my business again! I reported them to my credit card's fraud department.

They don't communicate well. They're fairly rude on live chat. They can't get any information. They don't warehouse their stuff. They have to contact the manufacturer for everything. 2 day wait for any question. Pathetic.
UPDATE: I just got an email saying it will be delayed until 4/6/2017. I ordered on 3/26/17,3-5 day turn listed on the site, then they had no information, now (4 days AFTER it was to ship at the latest, they tell me they need more time. What a horrible experience. $1,500 order canceled. It's 2017 folks, I would have made in less time!
UPDATE 2: You can't cancel online. I had to call them or wait to have them call me. I got the call and they offered me $50. I said it's not a money thing, it's a confidence issue. I don't trust you. He kept trying to sell me on keeping my order active. Finally, he canceled the order. What a horrible company. All that effort should have been invested in getting me the order I placed in a timely manner. Sad.

I purchased a set of Spec D headlamps and had them professionally installed and less than 2 months later both low beams burnt out, the bulbs could not be removed from 2 different certified mechanics, the last one who tried said the H1 bulbs had been soldered in place on both the LH and RH side. All CARiD would do was send me replacement bulbs - avoid them at all cost. I would have given them a zero but 1 is the lowest allowed.
UPDATED 4-18-2017; Further poor customer focus, they responded to my review of them by asking me for my order # so they can inform their Chinese supplier?, what a joke!

I finally had to open a credit card dispute against them before the 60 day complaint limit was up. Also, if you do, or have dealings with these losers only use emails to deal with them so you have proof of there shenanagins for your credit card dispute. Stay far away!

I placed 2 orders the same day. 1 that was a painted rear spoiler, turnaround time was amazingly quick, and looks great on my car. The second order, did not come as planned, it was on back order from the manufacturer, no fault of Carid. They handled my situation, as all places should so but don't. We resolved my issue in one phone call, and am very pleased with the outcome. Can't wait to place more orders in the future.

I tried to order a part for a vehicle I am restoring and found out the part is temporarily out of stock. I contacted CARiD by phone and spoke with a rep. That tried to sell me another part that they show is for my vehicle, but cant work because the attachment ports are on the opposite side. He said the only option CARiD offered was to provide them with an E-mail address and they will notify me when and/or if the part becomes available. I followed the instructions and provided the E-address. However I still need to have an idea when the part might be available to schedule the completion of my restoration so I entered a chat with Kristy Mar and asked if she could find out from their supplier when they would have this product available again and after a few discussions back and fourth I was dropped without further communication or an answer to my question. CARiD's personnel are not what I would consider knowledgeable of their products and don't make much of an effort to satisfy the needs of their customers. They are like McDonalds, you can take what I offer you or go to BurgerKing.

Car ID really sucks I had a bad experience in Nov 2016 with parts taking close to a month to receive and then opened package part damaged, 10 days for a refund. Fast forward I said what the heck let me give them another shot. On Monday March 20,2017. I placed my order over the phone with Rep on one condition that I receive my products by the end of week, I promise your parts will be their. 2 days later no tracking number I call CarID again no worries you will have tracking no later then Thursday your parts are on the way. I called Thursday because I desperately need these parts, rep picks up call sorry Sir that item is no longer available. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Stay away it appears they don't have any parts in hand, they take your money and then deal with manufacturer to get the parts out to you sounds like Drop Shipping to me. Definitely stay away. Garbage.

I must say Carid is by far the best place to deal with for after market lighting for your vehicle. I ordered a set of AVS® - In-Channel Ventvisor Smoke Front and Rear Window Deflectors and they fit like a glove. Shipping was super fast and item arrived in perfect condition.
