I've been a customer since 2015 & this the first time I ever had to do a refund/return instead of exchange. First I send their product back march 10,2017 because I was gonna exchange it, but I was checking tracking # & it said the part est. Delivery date is 3-24-2017(mind u I had to buy the part from autozone while waiting) so four days pass trkin # still show process, nothing else so 3-28-2017 come I called & ask for a refund because it's not moving & I've brought the part from autozone after the LOOONG delay. Now it 4-7-2017 & they telling me they sending me a check in the mail (after I did the transaction electronically) that's gonna take another 7 days to get to me & then deposit it another 2-3 days to clear... S. M. F. H... They easy return policy is FRAUD & it's only easy from u to them NOT VICE VERSE'S... PART GEEK, RACING SUMMIT & AUTO ANYTHING. Is not like this... GET OUT NOW PPL!

Overall I have never had a bad experience riding parts from this site! The help from there employees is always great! They are very knowledgeable about all car parts and will help you out with anything.
CARiD has been great for me. Ricardo in customer service was very helpful. I've had Spyder Euro LED headlights for about 6 months and the driver side light has moisture inside and the outer coating is peeling. Only a 3 month warranty. Not a good look for Spyder! I just ordered Spec-D Chrome Dual Halo LED Headlights and hoping I have better luck with them!
As other posters noted, they will lie time after time about why a shipment is delayed and when the item will be shipped. Standard answer each time, "It will be shipped today or tomorrow for sure." B. S. Can never get through on phone and they will have to call you back. It's always "higher than normal volume of calls." Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere so you don't waste your time.
Do not buy from this company unless you don't mind them holding your money for weeks and never providing a product. You will also have to contact them about 20 times before finally getting your refund.

All my issues were resolved with full explanation and my service provider, Victor, handled everything very professionally.
Ordered a pair of strut assemblies. Got online chat help in selecting which ones to buy, order received as promised, great price. Ended up needing a pair of sweat bar links to go with the struts. Again, excellent support via chat, great price. Monica even went so far as emailing the manufacturer to get my question answered. I picked this outfit because they had one of the highest ratings on ResellerRatings.com, and they completely lived up to that reputation. My first online stop for all auto parts needs from now on.

Long story short
I ordered a carbon fiber hood in January 2017. They kept telling me the estimated ship date. First they said it will be shipped January 27,2017, then backed up to March 31st, then backed up to April 13th and now they just told me it will be backed up AGAIN to May 12,2017.
Why wait almost half a year when I can easily order the carbon fiber hood on another website that can be shipped 1-2 days later. I'm a patient person and I was willing to wait maybe a month or so, but to wait half a year already is ridiculous.
It is totally not worth ordering from them. I ended up canceling my order and I completely wasted my time waiting on them.

I was price shopping a set of struts for my pick up, and not only did car id have the lowest price, but they called me to make sure I was getting the correct parts and to see if I had any questions. Ill definitely be a returning customer!
I never had to repeat myself not one single time. Both customer service and sales department are respectful, attentive, outgoing and even the automated system that you listen to while on hold has a sense of humor. Speaking of being on hold, was never on hold for more than 5min. The representative once on line with you doesn't put you back on hold and doesn't rush you or try to push you towards something else. The best part about CariD is, no matter when you call, you speak to an American and they speak very clear English. Great company!

I ordered everything I would need for the rims to show up and bolt on. Their guaranteed fitment is a joke. Their lugs stripped and screwed up my hub assembly I had to leave my main vehicle on jack stands. I spent a week with emails getting nothing done finally I called customer service and all they could say was it wasn't their fault or their problem. They could send dif lugs but the damage to the car was my problem. I order a lot online but never again from these people. Lesson learned.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
