I have been trying to return the wrong item ordered for two weeks and they keep emailing me "your item does not come with a camera" do you want to exchange or refund. FIVE TIMES a different person emails me the same thing. They are dragging it out so it will go past the 30 days and they won't have to refund me my money. I cannot get anyone on the phone put on hold for hours.
I bought parts for my car and pretty happy about it. Before the purchase I had a chance to chat with rep and discuss all the questions, so it was informed decision. Shipping charges were affordable and delivery was rather fast. I monitored delivery on shipping company website and knew when part arrived.
Recommend to others for competitive and outstanding overall service. Will buy again.
We called and spoke to a representative and they placed our for us stating all items were in stock. We received our order in a timely manner only to have one item missing from our order even though our order stated all items shipped. In calling the company, they checked into it and informed us that one of the items was discontinued and offered us a refund. Makes ya wonder what would have happened if we hadn't caught it if they would have credited us for the missing item as the order stated it was shipped.
Odered some parts and they came in wrong. Called in to let them know. 2hrs on hold they finally say okay those are wrong send us pictures to verify. Thought weird but okay. Do that and call back. Yes we got them everything is good we will get you a return slip and get new ones out to you in 48hrs. Okay. Going on a week and numerious calls and chats and still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT USE THIS Company!
I was promised a $25 gift card for writing a review and I never received it. I emailed the company. Hopefully they will honor it. I did order somethings for my truck. They arrived in time with no problems
I needed some spare part for my car to repair. I found site www.carid.com and spare part that interesting me. I used live chat for received answers for my question about item. Specialist gave me information about all interesting me positions and I decide paid for them. I got my order in 2 days. Car service installed bought part on the car. For 1 week everything work as expected. I am very happy, i can use my car again.

I had to contact CarID.com to ask a question about the dash board cover I wanted to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when Art answered my call. He was very helpful and accommodating. Dealing with Art was a pleasure and I intend to order other items for my Ridgeline due in large part because of Arts customer service.

My car was not passing inspection due to an old faulty cat converter and O2 sensors. Called Car Id and said my sticker was expiring and needed parts asap before my sticker expired.
Sales agent name "Douglas" promised overnight delivery for a Catalytic converter they didn't even have in stock?!?. After UPS told me they never received anything from Car ID, I called the parts manufacturer myself when I sensed something fishy was going on. I was then told the part wouldn't be available for a while as it still needed to be manufactured!
After calling "Douglas" back; he apologized and then upsold me to a more expensive Catalytic converter which would now be "overnighted" to me. AGAIN. Same thing happens with no delivery. After THREE HOURS of repeat calls and holds with Car ID I am informed that SURPRISE! The part never shipped because...
It was on backorder.
My inspection sticker has expired. I have ordered the same parts from somewhere else, and have had no problems.

I placed an order well in advance of needing it for a gift. When I tracked it, I discovered they had the address wrong. I called customer service, was told (by Blaise) they would cancel that order, reorder it and I would get the item the next day. What happened was that I was charged TWICE for the item, charged for regular AND overnight shipping, only received ONE item, and can't get anyone in customer service to call me back, answer my e-mails or rectify the situation. I will not be ordering from them again.
