I called www.carid.com at 9:30am on Friday 04/21/17 and spoke with Reuben. I ordered a Motorcraft fan belt & told him specifically I needed it the next day, next-day air. He put me on hold for 10 minutes to confirm then came back and said I could have it next-day so I ordered it and paid an extra $24 for shipping. That evening I checked the tracking # & found that it was scheduled for delivery Monday. I called Carid back & was told they don't deliver on Saturday/Sunday. I told the supervisor Clint that Reuben had lied to me & if he was my employee I would fire him. I told him I wanted the order canceled and that I would call back next week to check on what was done with "Reuben". I also told him I would put the mother of all bad reviews everywhere I could on the internet so here it is; TRUST THESE LIARS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I called Axel wanting info on in channel window flares and that's exactly what I got. Can't wait to do business with Carid again!
I would order again as tell friends and family about the company. The company has a lot good things for the rite price weather it's OEM or performance you are looking for it's all their.

He demonstrated what the phrase "customer service" should mean. Bryan had his thinking cap on when we chatted during the purchase process. He had the right answers to my questions, in the right time frame, and with the right attitude to help me make the right choice.:-)

Worst customer service. Sent wrong parts. Waited weeks for replacements. Look elsewhere if you can. Sounds like they are a third party broker and sell for others. Cannot get anyone on the phone.

Tried to price match a pair of tail lights from another website, except didn't realize a different company made those tail lights, and both tail lights had to be the same creator to get the discount,... although I wasn't able to get the full discount, I still got a partial discount for the inconvenience, thankfully
Bought hood bug deflector - poor fit and low quality fasteners - a dozen happy emails later carid claims manufacturer said fit was ok - and carid rests on that vs customer with issue - and requires pictures to verify issues - sent pics and carid claims not good enough - buyer beware - cars appears to be a broker repping manufacturers with no interest in customer service

I ordered a trailer wiring harness for my Honda Pilot and it works great. Good price and customer service was great. Installed it in 40 minutes it even came with the relay.
World class service, Diana feedback and communication was awesome I wasn't expecting it. She was very knowledgeable about the Products and even offer suggestions send me picture emails of what she had suggested, she's a great asset to the company job well done I will definitely shop with her again..

I ordered my carbond fiber hood in feb. Of 2017 and after 3 weeks i got one that was damaged so i sent it back 5 weeks later received the 2nd one and that one also was damaged and 4 weeks later i received my 3rd hood and it was for the wrong vehicle so now i have to wait til i get my refund which if i dnt get it then i will get my kawyer involved neved will i or any of my customers deal with car id ever again

Sent me the wrong item, told they would send correct item and I would be receiving the tracking number for correct item in transit. Never sent the correct item instead one week later got a E mail with return shipper for incorrect item. No mention of their mistake of sending wrong item. Said after they get wrong item back they would consider sending correct item. Bunch of A- holes 23 days later still no item and no refund, These THIEVES CANNOT BE TRUSTED OR BELIEVED. Do youself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNTRUSTWORTHY MISHANDLERS!

Fast friendly service (too bad can't be that way every where)will be using CARiD in the future, hopefully Joe-o! Update just got parts delivered, they are great quality just like Joe-o assured!
Jamie was very helpful and thorough in assisting me with my order. I was also happy with the speed at witch I received the goods. The only issue I had was that the shipping info was not updated and I didn't receive a email regarding that status. Also, when I called to speak to an agent regarding shipment details I was on hold in for a long time. With that being said, when I was finally connected to the agent she was very helpful and got all the information I needed to track my order.
Sent me pics of the tires and rims i wanted. They sent me a totally different rims. Then when i called to advise they sent me the wrong rims. Juan the same salesman that sold them to me said "we don't exchange any rims and you have to keep what we sent you."
This is the worst company online in my opinion. Think long and hard before you order from Card.
