THEY CHARGED MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDER. THAT WAS 12 DAYS AGO. AFTER WAITING 1 HOUR ON HOLD I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE PLACED. I FEAR THAT THIS IS A SCAM.
Did a great job adding everything I wanted to my cart I appreciate the kind customer service. When I didn't know which tire to get they told me all the pros and cons of the different type of tires.
Ana was very pleasant to deal with. She talked me through the two different items as if she were a mechanic! (Sort of) I am and didn't feel as if she was overstating any facts or knowledge of the parts we were researching. She listened to me and responded accordingly. Rare for a "Jersey Girl"! The exhaust valve came the next day! I'm sure the gasket kit will be here soon. ( I hope I didn't just jinx it!) I also hope dealing with me was as uplifting as me with her. Thank you

I ordered a set of chrome wheels and tires for my car. I placed my order over the phone with a representative named Jeremey. He was very helpful in getting me what I needed for my particular installation. My wheels had to be shipped from the manufacturer and he helped me to do that. He was able to answer all of the questions that I had. It was a professional transaction and I would purchase again from them in the future.
I asked more than twice if they had the 2 rims on hand ready to ship. I explained I say on hand because that finish was cancelled and no longer available and had found 2 others at another place that had them on hand. Every time I was told yes they were on hand. Turns out they were not on hand. So I have 2 rims dropped off from the other site... that same day I get a call from carid. He was laughing about how I must have gotten my 2 ordered from their supplier. Really it would be $90 for me to ship those back take a $125 restock fee plus the shipping to have had them shipped to me... which would cost me $275 for them long to me. They tried to make it sound like they were doing me a favor by canceling and refunding the money from the order they can't fill... what a joke

I'm very disappointed, will probably not use again. Was the first time using and was told shipping would get to me Tuesday or Wednesday, probably Wednesday. Thursday comes nothing so call and get told that no one is answering the phone at the main office in Canada. Got them to give me the number so called myself and was answered! The lady there told me that freight was only shipped once a week, on Thursday, since they received the order on Friday it was a week before shipping. Meaning it was not shipping out til today and I would not receive til Monday or Tuesday. Would have been nice to know it was a two week ordeal to begin with that be surprised. Will use a local place and spend a little more on the next trucks we set up

Absolutely wonderful I have a 1969 Chevy C 10 which parts are very expensive for at least until I found your website I dealt with Brandon who was very fast and friendly seem to find all the parts I need and for extremely cheap love the customer service keep it up guys.
I ordered a set of wheels but the wheel specialist said my wheels are currently having a production delay I just hope this isn't a scam

This service and help put forth by Luis F. Was incredible and beyond the help most employees would have provided I was very impressed with the professionalism that Luis used to help me with my order. My inability to grasp some of the concepts of buying Chrome wheels, Luis patiently went through the procedures and nuances that was required to get me exactly what I wanted and needed.(NOT WHAT HE NEEDED TO SELL TO MAKE SOME TYPE OF COMMISSION). Luis is an exemplary person and employee. Mankind needs more like him!
I would just like to say this company is great and price there items very fair! I spoke to Alison and she went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. We need more companies like this one!
I bought a pair of headlights, which did not fit. I finally got through to a person who told me to take pics of the lights installed and send them to them. I couldn't install completely as (like I told them) they did not fit. A week goes by and all I can get from them is "the manufacturer is reviewing this to see if it's an installation problem." Really? My installer has been doing this for years and had never seen non-fit this bad. After that, they take another week to decide if they will allow a return. A total of three weeks has past and still no return. Apparently its quite an effort to generate and e-mail a shipping return label. So I'm out over $200 and this still isn't over! Avoid this company if you can!
Order headlight paying $200 more than other sites. Took over 1 week to received the headlights then after paying someone to install them noticed one light was defective. I spent a whole week back and forth with them to send me a new one. After a week they emailed me the papers to return the defected light. Then after two weeks they haven't sent me $#*! all they say is they're still working on my replacement. All CARID sells can be found cheaper and free shipping at other sites.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
